Connecting Room Policy
A limited number of connecting rooms are available on a request basis only. Connecting rooms feature either one king-size bed in each room or two queen-size beds in each room. Connecting rooms cannot be guaranteed.
Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaway beds are based upon availability at check-in and are only permitted in rooms with one king bed. Nightly fee applies.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Travel Insurance Policy
Travel insurance is highly recommended.
The resort maintains a waitlist. Please contact the resort directly to be placed on the waitlist; the guest will be contacted if a room becomes available.
Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Arrival Policy
Arrival before 4pm is subject to room availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance.
Early Departure Policy
Please be advised that a fee equal to the remainder of the stay plus taxes will apply for all early departures.
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a drivers license, passport, and/or proof of age card.
The resort is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms and public areas are available.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the resort directly for the exact fees.
Dogs weighing a combined weight of 40 pounds or less are permitted in select rooms. Service dogs are an exception to the weight allowance.
Health & Well-Being Policies
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A cleaning fee of 200 USD will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
The resort does not cash or accept checks from guests. Please contact the resort if you would like to pay by check for a group or a government employee.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Resort Charge Policy
The resort charges a per-room fee plus tax, which includes Aspen-Pitkin County Airport (ASE) pick-up and drop-off, ski valet, High Speed Internet Access, and local/800 telephone calls. During the winter season (November through April), the charge is 30 USD per room per night (33.84 USD with tax); in the summer season (May through October), it is 15 USD per room per night (16.56 USD with tax). This is a mandatory fee and guests cannot opt out of it.
