It is our pleasure to offer rollaway beds and cribs upon request. Rollaway beds are subject to a supplementary fee while cribs are included in the cost of the room.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.

Early Arrival/Late Departure Policy
We are happy to accommodate early arrivals upon request. Please make your request as early as possible to ensure availability. Guests can enjoy the Lokelani Hospitality Suite if arriving prior to the 3pm check-in time or wish to stay at the resort past the 12pm checkout time. The Lokelani Suite offers shower facilities, television, and other comforts.
Early Departure Policy
We are happy to accommodate early departures upon request. Please note that guests may incur a fee.
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in.
The resort is pleased to offer a variety of ADA compliant amenities. To book an ADA room, please contact our reservations office directly at (866) 716-8109.
We are pleased to serve alcoholic beverages to guests over 21.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
While we greatly appreciate our guests' four-legged companions, we do not accept pets at this time.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing is available for hotel guests up to a maximum of $200 per day with proper identification.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
