Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve or check into a room.
Extra Bedding Policy
The hotel is pleased to provide one rollaway bed or crib per room. Cribs are included in the cost of the room while rollaway beds are available for a nightly fee.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (12 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
The resort does offer a waitlist. Please contact the resort directly to be placed on the waitlist.
Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Arrival Policy
Early arrival is subject to availability upon check-in. A one-night room charge will apply when checking in before 7am.
Early Departure Policy
Departure dates are confirmed at check-in. Departure prior to the confirmed checkout date may result in an early departure fee.
Each guest must provide a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. All foreign guests must provide valid passports when checking in. Each passport will be scanned, and all information will be confidentially held in accordance with Chinese government regulations.
Late Checkout Policy
Late checkout is subject to availability. A fee of 50% of one night's room rate will apply for checkouts after 12pm.
The resort's public areas and guest rooms are disability access. Please contact Service Express to set up TDD equipment and wheelchair rental arrangements.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).
Pets are not allowed.
Health & Well-Being Policies
Smoking is allowed in designated dining outlets and guest rooms.
Personal checks are not accepted. Travelers' checks are accepted, with valid identification.
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificates issued by the resort are accepted, subject to availability. Please contact the resort directly.
The resort accepts a variety of payment types including traveler’s checks, local company checks, credit cards and bank transfers.
Bank transfers are accepted Monday through Friday, not including public holidays. Please note that all guests must present a valid form of identification and credit card at check-in. The resort does not accept third party payments.
