Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaway beds and cribs are available upon request. Rollaway beds are available in king-bedded rooms only, for a fee; cribs are complimentary.

Early Arrival Policy
We are pleased to accommodate early arrivals upon request and subject to availability. To guarantee early arrival, the room must be booked for the night prior.
Early Departure Policy
Departure dates are confirmed upon check-in. Guests departing prior to their confirmed departure date will incur a charge of one night's room and tax.
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a driver’s license, passport, and/or proof of age card. The name on the photo identification must match the name on the reservation.
Late Checkout Policy
We are pleased to accommodate late checkout upon request and subject to availability. Before 3pm, a fee of 50% of the room rate applies. After 3pm, guests will be charged 100% of the nightly room rate.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
If an evacuation is required for the area we will assist our guests in the evacuation process. Cancellation fees will be waived in the event of a mandatory evacuation.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the resort directly for the exact fee.
The resort welcomes dogs weighing up to 45 pounds each. A Heavenly® Dog Bed, a floor mat, and food and water bowls are available upon request. Guests are required to sign a pet waiver at check-in and are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning required. Dogs cannot be left unattended in a guest room or suite, unless they are in secure crates. Dogs must be leashed at all times in public areas and are not permitted in indoor dining venues or the pool area.
Pool use is limited to resort guests only.

Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificates can be purchased at the front desk, and may be used for one year after purchase date.

Tax Exempt Policy
Tax exempt guests must present a valid government-issued ID. Payment must be made by the tax exempt organization (cash and personal credit cards are not considered exempt). Guests should arrive with the proper tax exemption form filled out.
