Family Plan Policy
Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Arrival Policy
Check-in time is 3pm. Guests arriving prior to the standard check-in time can arrange early check-in for a fee. The fee will depend on the arrival time and can be confirmed by contacting our reservations department directly at (971)(4) 2071203 or firstname.lastname@example.org
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a drivers license or passport.
Late Checkout Policy
The late checkout fee varies, depending on the time of departure. For late checkouts between 1pm and 6pm, the fee is 60 AED per hour. Checkouts after 6pm will be charged one night’s room rate plus tax.
The hotel’s public areas, including a public bathroom, are accessible to guests who use wheelchairs. Three guest rooms are accessible to guests with disabilities.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Lost and Found Policy
As per local authority requirements, any valuables left behind by a guest will be handed over to Dubai Police if unclaimed within 6 months from check-out date.
Any perishable items or items risking contamination will be discarded immediately as per local authority directives.
All non-perishable items or valuable items will be held by the hotel for 6 months after the guest's check-out date.
Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
For nationalities requiring entry visas, processing requires approximately 7 working days, subject to the approval of immigration. The processing fee is non-refundable once submitted. Please contact the hotel's reservations department for further information.
Health & Well-Being Policies
Due to high occupancy levels, rooms booked as smoking or non-smoking at the time of reservation may not always be available at check-in. We will do our very best to provide you with the room type originally booked.
Check Acceptance Policy
Personal cheques are not accepted.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Rates confirmed in USD are guaranteed in U.S. dollars when paid in U.S. cash or traveler's checks. Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
Gift Certificate Policy
To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly.
Non-residents wishing to pay for a hotel guest by credit card must fax a credit card payment authorization to the hotel with the billing address. Please specify which charges can be charged to the credit card. Due to security reasons, we do not accept credit card information via email.
