As a villa resort, we are unable to offer select SPG® elite member benefits, including upgrades, Suite Night Awards, 4pm late checkouts, and Your24. In addition, due to limited restaurants, bars, and room service, some elite welcome amenities are not available.
Regarding Free Night Awards:
Reservations may be booked only within 365 days of arrival.
Inventory may be limited, and blackout dates may apply during special events.
Starpoints® acquired through conversion of a vacation ownership interest may not be redeemed for Free Night Awards at a Sheraton Vacation Club or Westin Vacation Club villa resort.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to make a reservation.
Extra Bedding Policy
If you are traveling with children, we are happy to provide you with cribs, highchairs and rollaway beds upon request. These items are limited in supply and therefore not guaranteed. Charges may apply. To make arrangements, Owners should contact Owner Services. External exchange guests should contact the resort directly.
Rollaway beds are limited to one per villa and are not available in the One-Bedroom Villas (smaller one-bedroom) due to space limitations.
Effective June 1, 2017, the resort will no longer offer rollaway beds in any villa or phase. This service is being discontinued due to space limitations and to ensure the comfort and safety of our guests. Each villa is equipped with a sleeper sofa that may be utilized for guests.
Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Arrival Policy
We are pleased to accommodate early arrivals upon request, subject to availability. To guarantee early check-in, we recommend guests reserve their villa for the night prior to arrival.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of one night's room and tax applies to guests checking out prior to their departure date that is confirmed at the time of check-in.
Late Checkout Policy
We request that you check out before 10 a.m. However, if your departure does not coincide with our schedule, the Front Desk will be happy to receive your bags while you enjoy the surrounding resort facilities
Due to the nature of vacation ownership, SPG benefits do not include extended check out time for guests staying at the resort.
The resort is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant villas are available.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Package Handling Policy
The resort’s mail room accepts parcels for registered and arriving guests. Every parcel must be addressed to a registered guest or to the name on a future reservation. Parcels are accepted up to 14 days prior to arrival and held up to 7 days after departure. Improperly addressed parcels will be returned to sender, as will those left for more than 7 days after departure.
A 10 USD handling fee will apply to each parcel weighing up to 10 pounds. An additional 1 USD per pound will be apply to each parcel weighing more than 10 pounds, with a maximum of 25 USD per parcel. Please contact the resort for additional details.
In order to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible and to keep your villa clean and comfortable, our policy is that pets are not permitted anywhere on the resort property.
Health & Well-Being Policies
Resort rates are available with or without housekeeping. Guests who opt for housekeeping service will receive a complete villa cleaning each day of their stay and a bed linen change every third day. Additional linen changes can be added for a nominal fee. Guests who opt out of housekeeping service may add it at a later date, for a fee. Please contact the resort for additional details.
Our resort is smoke free. While designated smoking areas are available throughout the resort, smoking is prohibited in all villas, on balconies, and in enclosed areas around the pools and children’s play areas. A fee of 250 USD will be charged to any guest who smokes in smoke-free zones.
Check Cashing Policy
Check-cashing services are not available.
