Restrictions on the Acceptance of US Currency

Due to recent local regulations, the acceptance of US Dollars in cash is now restricted across Mexico. Payments with credit/debit cards remain unaffected. Please provide arrangements to settle your accounts and other expenses with a credit card or in Mexican Pesos. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause our guests.

Starwood Preferred Guest Information

As a villa resort, we are unable to offer select SPG® elite member benefits, including upgrades, Suite Night Awards, 4pm late checkouts, and Your24. In addition, due to limited restaurants, bars, and room service, some elite welcome amenities are not available.

Regarding Free Night Awards:

  • Reservations may be booked only within 365 days of arrival.
  • Inventory may be limited, and blackout dates may apply during special events.
  • Starpoints® acquired through conversion of a vacation ownership interest may not be redeemed for Free Night Awards at a Sheraton Vacation Club or Westin Vacation Club villa resort.

Pool Information: August 14 - October 22, 2017

From August 14 to October 22, 2017, the upper deck pool and children’s pool will be closed for resurfacing. During this time, the main infinity pool with swim up bar and the second infinity pool will be available for your enjoyment. Beachfront lounge chairs and food and beverage service beachside and at the pools remain available. Please contact the resort for additional information.

Viento Restaurant Closed: September 18 – October 22, 2017

From September 18 to October 22, 2017, the Viento Restaurant will be closed due to renovations. During this time, the Oceano restaurant and Duna Sports Bar will be available. Please contact the resort for further information.

Pool Information: August 15 – September 30, 2018
