As a villa resort, we are unable to offer select SPG® elite member benefits, including upgrades, Suite Night Awards, 4pm late checkouts, and Your24. In addition, due to limited restaurants, bars, and room service, some elite welcome amenities are not available.
Regarding Free Night Awards:
Reservations may be booked only within 365 days of arrival.
Inventory may be limited, and blackout dates may apply during special events.
Starpoints® acquired through conversion of a vacation ownership interest may not be redeemed for Free Night Awards at a Sheraton Vacation Club or Westin Vacation Club villa resort.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with valid government issued identification to reserve or check into a guestroom.
Connecting Room Policy
Please note that villa connectivity is possible between studio and one-bedroom premium villas only. All connecting rooms are on request and are not guaranteed.
Extra Bedding Policy
It is our pleasure to provide rollaway beds. Fees apply; however, guests who are paying an extra person charge will not be charged for a rollaway.
Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Arrival Policy
We invite you to check in after 4pm, Hawai‘i Standard Time, and request that you check out before 10am. However, if your arrival or departure time does not coincide with our schedule, the Front Desk will be happy to hold your bags while you enjoy the surrounding resort facilities. For your security, keys will only be given to the individual with the reservation unless other arrangements have been made.
Early Departure Policy
Guests who checkout of the hotel prior to the scheduled departure date will be charged a penalty of one night's room revenue.
Late Checkout Policy
Checkout time is at 10am. To request a later checkout, please inquire with the front desk the night before departure. If a late checkout is available, a late checkout fee of 25 USD per hour will apply.

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older with valid photo identification.
We regret that pets are not permitted anywhere on the resort property. We also encourage you to leave your pets at home when traveling to Hawai'i due to the island's strict air travel and quarantine requirements.
Health & Well-Being Policies
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A 250 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy. Smoking in only permitted in two designated areas.
Gift Certificate Policy
To redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly.
We accept all major debit and credit cards. If paying with cash, a deposit equal to the room, tax, parking fee and 50 USD per day towards incidentals will be collected at check-in.
