Connecting Room Policy
The hotel is pleased to offer a limited number of connecting rooms and villas for your convenience. Please make your request as early as possible, to ensure availability.
Extra Bedding Policy
It is our pleasure to offer rollaway beds and cribs upon request. Fees may apply.
Family Plan Policy
During the months of May, June, July, August and September, additional charges for children apply. Only children 12 or younger stay for free in existing bedding with a paying adult. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs incur extra charges. For additional information, please contact the resort directly.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Arrival Policy
To guarantee a room for early arrival, we request that you reserve the room for the day prior to arrival. Otherwise, we will do our best to accommodate requests based on availability.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee will be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date. Fees will be 100% of their confirmed length of stay. This penalty also applies to guests who do not arrive on their scheduled arrival date. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Late Checkout Policy
We are pleased to accommodate late checkouts upon request and subject to availability. In the case of a late checkout before 5pm, a fee of 50% of the daily rate will apply. For checkouts after 5pm, the full room rate will be charged.
We are pleased to serve alcoholic beverages to guests 18 and over.
Facility Use Policy
It is our pleasure to extend the use of our pool exclusively to hotel guests and full, annual fitness members. Visitors are permitted only upon reservation for a daily charge of 140 EUR per person, which includes access to the pool and beach.
Package Handling Policy
The hotel is pleased to store freight for our guests.
While we greatly appreciate our guests' four-legged companions, the resort does not accept pets at this time.
Children under the age of five are served exclusively between 7pm and 8:30pm in our restaurant. Our Maître D’ is available to help you in personalizing the children menu.
Please note that dinner attire is casual elegant; shorts are not permitted.
Any Free Night Award nights for July and August are high season nights and include a standard room and mandatory full board. This requires a higher Starpoint cost to cover the mandatory full board. The Starpoint cost for 1 or 2 people is 140,000 Starpoints per night. The Starpoint cost for 3 people is 185,000 Starpoints per night.
On nights outside of July and August, full board is not included and a standard room is at 70,000 Starpoints per night.
We require that all non-local residents please present a passport or identity card upon check-in.
Health & Well-Being Policies
We regret that smoking in public areas is not allowed. A limited number of smoking rooms are available upon request.
Check Acceptance Policy
We regret that personal checks are not accepted as method of payment.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Rates confirmed in USD are guaranteed in U.S. dollars when paid in U.S. cash or traveler's checks. Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
Gift Certificate Acceptance Policy
We are pleased to accept gift certificates and will do our best to accommodate guests’ requested dates for redemption. However, requested dates will be subject to availability at time of booking, unless otherwise stated on the gift certificate.
