Sheraton Club Lounge
Club guests also have special access to the Club Lounge. A relaxing, upscale space, the Club Lounge offers complimentary breakfast, afternoon hors d’oeuvres and a variety of beverage options. Take advantage of the private Club Lounge where you can connect with friends, meet with your team, or simply relax by catching your favorite TV show. Need to get some work done? A copier/fax/printer and complimentary office supplies are ready to go.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 19 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification and a valid credit card to check in.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure charge of 100% may be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date. The departure date must be confirmed and modified at the time of check-in to avoid an early departure fee. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaway beds are only available for Traditional King bedded rooms. Fees apply. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Late Checkout Policy
Check out time is 12pm. Late checkout requests should be submitted to the Front Desk and are subject to availability. Extra charges may apply.
Pets up to 80 pounds are allowed, but must not be left unattended in the guest room. Guests must sign a waiver at check-in.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. If a debit card was provided as payment, a cash refund will be provided for funds held in excess of the amount actually incurred and charged.
All direct billing must be sent to the hotel directly for approval.
The Sheraton Ottawa Hotel is a non smoking facility. Smoking in the hotel will result in a $200 cleaning fee.
A guest on the hotel’s waitlist will be called or emailed when a cancellation is received. A guest who is already on the hotel premises will be considered a priority.
