Reservations During Biennale 2017: May 10-14, 2017
During the Biennale period from May 10 to May 14, 2017, a minimum of a 4 night stay is required to book a reservation. Please contact the Reservation Manager, Paola Toniolo, at firstname.lastname@example.org, or by phone at (39)(041) 296 1661 for any further information.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years of age in order to check-in to the hotel and must present valid, government-issued photo identification.
Connecting Room Policy
We are pleased to offer connecting rooms for your convenience. Please make your request as early as possible to ensure availability.
Extra Bedding Policy
We offer rollaway beds upon request for an additional fee of 125 EUR per night, including VAT (currently 10%). Rollaway bed fees may vary according to the rate plan booked. Please note that not all rooms can accommodate an extra bed. There is a maximum of one rollaway bed per room. Cribs are provided free of charge for children up to 2 years of age.
Family Plan Policy
Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. The use of in-room sofa beds is considered additional bedding and will incur an additional fee. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
Suite Night Award Cancellation Policy
Suite Night Award requests may be cancelled until 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, as long as the Awards have not already been confirmed for use on a reservation. Once your Awards have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to be credited back all the Awards; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Arrival Policy
We are pleased to offer complimentary early check-ins, subject to availability. To guarantee early check-in, guests must reserve the room for the previous night, at the full room rate.
Early Departure Policy
We are happy to accommodate early departures upon request. Charges may apply.
All guests are required to present a valid ID card or a passport at check-in.
Late Checkout Policy
We are pleased to accommodate late checkouts upon request. Please contact the hotel for applicable charges.
Complimentary wheelchairs are provided for guests upon request. Ground floor areas of the hotel are equipped with ramps and a disability-accessible restroom. Select guest rooms also have disability-accessible bathrooms.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).
Babysitting/Child Care Policy
Babysitting services can be requested through the concierge desk by calling (39)(041) 240 0720 at least 24 hours in advance. Charges apply.
The dress code throughout the hotel is elegant or smart casual.
Service Charge Policy
Please note that a standard service charge of 12% is included in all hotel fees.
Package Handling Policy
We will hold both mail and messages at the concierge desk until guests' arrival and during their absence. The concierge will also stamp and post guests' mail upon request. Charges apply.
We are delighted to welcome your pet to our hotel. We permit one dog (18 kilograms or less) per room and provide the following amenities for their comfort: a dog bowl, bed and mat and a Pet Welcome Kit. No charges are applied for pets; however, guests will be responsible for any damage to the property caused by their pets . Animals other than dogs or cats are accepted at the discretion of the General Manager.
We ask that all dogs be kept on a leash when outside the room. Pets are not permitted in the hotel's meeting rooms, restaurants, or bars.
Health & Well-Being Policies
The hotel is not responsible for valuables left in guest rooms.
We can accommodate requests for both smoking and non-smoking guest rooms. Please note that smoking is not permitted in the common areas inside the hotel, per Italian law.
Check Cashing Policy
Personal check cashing services are not available.
Credit Card Policy
We accept all major credit cards. However, we do not offer cash back against credit cards.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Rates confirmed in USD are guaranteed in U.S. dollars when paid in U.S. cash or traveler's checks. Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
Gift Certificate Acceptance Policy
We are happy to accept gift certificates and will do our best to accommodate guest's requested dates for redemption. However, requested dates are subject to availability at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated on the gift certificate. Gift vouchers may be purchased and redeemed at the hotel. All services must be paid for at the time the service is rendered or upon check-out. We are pleased to accept cash or any major credit card. Accepted forms of payment include credit card, cash (2.999,99 Euro maximum for Italian, EU, or SEE citizens ), foreign currency (equivalent of 2.999,99 Euro maximum for Italian, EU, or SEE citizens ), Eurocheque, prepayment by bank transfer. Personal cheques are not accepted. For special promotions or packages, full or partial prepayment is required and charged on credit card as stated in the terms and conditions.
