Rated 5 out of 5 by This Hotel has a very Friendly staff You feel very welcomed throughout your stay. Very helpful and accommodating staff. Great dining room staff and creative chef and his kitchen staff. We ate at the bisto for five nights eating the fish that we caught and the chef prepared. Can not get better than that. We willl be back next year around the same time. December 10, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great location and setting We enjoyed our stay and, while not exactly a waterfront property, we found the setting to our liking. The expanse of sand between the hotel and the Gulf was clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. Although we generally like to visit different places, we would love to return to this location. The restaurant was excellent. November 28, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Thanksgiving We always stay here when we come to visit family. Rooms could use some updating, but overall you can't beat the service here. The front desk bends over backwards for you, as well as the bartenders, wait staff. Rusty's T-Giving feast is out of this world. The bellman are the best!! November 27, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by A wonderful week in the in sheraton sandquay resort.. What a wonderful week we had my wife and two kids. The hotel was in magnificent order the staff were so helpful and very friendly towards myself and kids. The pool was beautiful and the food was of top quality. A word of thanks to Jack the porter for all his help. He is such a helpful guy. November 25, 2012

Rated 4 out of 5 by Peaceful, Serene, Private Beach I have stayed here a couple times in the last year when family came into town to visit. I have yet to be upgraded to a suite (was told they only have 10 suites and they get a lot of Platinum members). Lounge was pretty nice - snacks, beer, wine, and Liquor! The beach here is amazing. Very peaceful and not as busy as Clearwater beach just across the bridge. Easy to get to Clearwater beach by taking the "Jolly Trolly". Excellent service. Ate at two of the onsite restaurants and both were pretty good. Would definitely recommend. November 21, 2012
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great for families, not couples My husband and I came here, using SPG points, for a warm getaway. The hotel is nice, but I wished it hadn't been so crowded. Our room was clean, but noisy with being right by the dumpsters and had thin walls. The pool was very clean, but it was hard to enjoy with all the kids and kid activities. We mostly stayed on the deck and laid out when we were there. The beach is quite far from the hotel even though it is a beach front property. The local area is great and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a great time at the bar chatting with the bar tender. Over all it was nice, but not really for couples. November 18, 2012

Rated 4 out of 5 by Needs updating Needs some updating of rooms. Hotel built in mid 70's. Carpets in hallways worn. Replacement of carpets in rooms above us started promptly at 7 AM each day providing an unwelcome wake up call. November 15, 2012
Rated 3 out of 5 by Overpriced / Underquality This motel is way overpriced for what you get and even for where it is at. It is a modestly equipped motel room with no frills and overpriced amenities. I don't know what makes this hotel so important that they feel they can charge so much for what is included in most other motels. November 14, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great place This place was very relaxing. It was nice to be able to walk out of the hotel and hit the white sands at 11pm and walk to the shoreline. I love the Gulf side of Florida and this place epitomized what I remembered of the Gulf Coast! November 14, 2012

Rated 5 out of 5 by Wow - top notch service There was not one department that did not exceed our expectations, from check in, room service, hotel bar, pool bar, store, pool help, maid service etc. I don't want to leave anyone out since every step we took they treated us outstanding. Rated 5 out of 5 by A wonderful peaceful location What a hotel this was paradise we were there for a wedding,and stayed there for 5 nights wish it could have been longer.This is a beautiful hotel with its own private beach total heaven ,all the staff at this hotel were wonderful especially monique at the reception.Would recommend this hotel it was fab. Rated 5 out of 5 by An Anniversary to remember! From the moment we stepped through the doors of the hotel, we felt like we were home! The location, beaches, pool, pratically everything was perfect! The staff (especially Katie/Britanny (front desk), Grant/David (pool) and Nate (bartender)) went above and beyond to make our anniversary trip a very special one! A million "thank yous!" to everyone there! We will definitely choose this establishment when we visit the area again! All area hotels should take note of their exceptional customer service! Rated 4 out of 5 by Staff is wonderful @ the Sheraton Sand Key Resort! The staff @ the Sheraton Sand Key Resort couldn't have been any more helpful to me! From the maids to the front desk to the shops, everyone was pleasant and went out of their way to make my stay an lovely one. I was afraid that I might not be able to return to PA on Oct. 31, due to Hurricane Sandy, and the front desk told me not to worry, that I could stay longer, if needed and to just let them know before 11 a.m. on the day of my scheduled departure. The room service servers were also very friendly and helpful. November 3, 2012
Rated 5 out of 5 by A happy return We have been staying at this hotel on and off over the last 18 years and it just seems to get better. We arrived after a 3 hour delayed flight and had been up almost 21hrs. When we stepped into our room there were chocolate strawberries and a welcome back card to greet us we ordered room service then settled down to the beginning of our lovely relaxing 9 night stay. Some how this hotel has the ability to make everything feel ok and we can't wait to return. November 1, 2012
