Rated 3 out of 5 by Disappointing Stay As Starwood owners, we were disappointed with the condition of our villa. The villa had many problems. A large tile in the middle of the bathroom floor was completely loose, the bathroom door wouldn't close, the ice had a horrible taste, the phone was missing a cord, and the dishwasher wasn't working and had to be repaired. There was also a sprayer in the tub that was not working. We had a hard time reaching the pro shop. Nearly every time we called, we would get a recording saying they were busy. I had the same experience trying to call the front desk. We've stayed at many Westin resorts and have always had pleasant experiences. Hopefully this is not the new norm. August 14, 2016

Rated 3 out of 5 by Kind of a Disappointment First off, we are non-smokers. The website says the rooms are smoke free "This is a smoke-free hotel. Breathe Westin™". When we arrive to check in we are greeted by a cloud of cigar smoke. There's an activity area near the pool area and close to the lobby area. It's outside and it has table tennis and a pool table. We were checked in and given a first floor unit. We drove ourselves to the parking area. We arrived on a Saturday about 5pm. Parking is very tight. You might need to cruise around to find a spot. We walk to the unit and check out the grounds. Beautiful. But we encounter another huge cloud of cigar smoke. This is from a BBQ on one of the patios. This family brought additional BBQ's and they were having a great time. But we assume smoke free is like other Westin Properties that we've stayed at. No Smoking except in designated areas. We are in a One Bedroom Premium unit. The property has just undergone a complete refresh. The unit very CLEAN, CLEAN. Comfy sofa and chair in living area. Comfy seating at the dining table. New appliances in kitchen. Heavenly Shower. Clean Clean. Heavenly Bed and bedding. A/C worked wonderfully. Ceiling fans in living area and in bedroom. Now for the items which weren't the properties fault, BUT... We are on the ground floor. Upstairs from us is a family. This family has children which ride their RAZORs is the unit. Back and forth. Back and forth. And yelling and jumping off furniture. GREAT TIME!! Then there was our neighbor. They were also a family. There was a connecting door which allowed ALL SOUND into our room. Children screaming and fighting and screaming some more. We were there for a WHOLE WEEK... Then there was the group which decided that the pond would make a delightful place to swim. Adults and children swimming with the ducks. We have stayed at other Villas in the system and this was by far the worst stay ever. It was just amazing what people allow their children to do. On a positive...the housekeeping staff are wonderful. Most premium units have a BBQ and there are community grills available as well. They also have people with golf carts to transport you anywhere on the property or to the Westin Resort and Spa next door. The unit was wonderfully decorated. Like I stated earlier, it was CLEAN CLEAN. Let me end this by stating it was not the properties fault completely, but we were still disappointed. July 31, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Very friendly staff ..... The property is clean well maintained and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We definitely felt welcomed and will definitely return. My only feedback is the quality of food needs improvement. It was mediocre for such a beautiful property........ July 31, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by I love this resort! The Front Office team went out of their way to make me & my husband feel special. They sent a special card for my husband's birthday with signatures from the team! Our room was perfect and the hotel was spotless. Housekeeping did a wonderful job on the room, and Guest request brought our items within minutes. We got a notification message about no late check out, which was great that we were notified in advance. Every staff member I spoke to was delightful and helpful. I will be back! We stayed at the Villas this time around and will be staying here from now on. The features of the room felt just like home. This resort is awesome and you don't have to leave because this place has it all. July 12, 2016
