Rated 4 out of 5 by Very good quality Really enjoyed our stay here. Room was excellent, very comfortable and hotel facilities were good. Staff were mostly helpful, although there were a few occasions where things could have been a little smoother. Spa facilities were great, we had a voucher, but would definitely have paid for them as they were excellent. Overall, very pleased. July 9, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Modern Hotel Excellent Staff This a relatively new hotel, very comfortable, with great front desk staff. Treated us respectfully, solved problems efficiently, and offered great suggestions for exploring the city. About an hour's walk from the old centre, but the Metro is close by and is very efficient. Rated 4 out of 5 by Pleasant Stay Excellent staff and great location. As a Platinum member, I have been upgraded to Junior Suite, which I have appreciated a lot. The Club Lounge is very quite and had everything what you need to unwind after a hard day of work or sight seeing. The staff were friendly and very helpful, this made my stay very pleasant. The gym is equipped with high end TechnoGym equipment and has also a friendly personal trainer. However, These hotel rooms need some serious renovation. The curtains were old and dirty. Furnitures are outdated and used. I believe Sheraton needs to spend some money to make this Hotel the best in Porto. Other than that I have enjoyed my stay very much. June 7, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by great hotel. This is the best Sheraton I have ever stayed in,very beautiful,the entire hotel is very clean,the rooms are excellent,and the service is outstanding. Miss marina Borges front desk clerk service was also excellent.I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.The breakfast was of high quality. May 22, 2014

Rated 3 out of 5 by Junior Suite beds aren't heavenly at all This hotel in Porto needs to remember the main thing we come for is a place to sleep. A hard, lumpy king sized mattress that had my wife and I sloping towards the middle of the bed is not a way to treat an SPG Gold guest (or any guest for that matter). The room's decor and carpets are tired too. In short, take a pass on this hotel if you can. At $300 Euros a night, you can get as large and a better equiped room elsewhere. The SPA massage - needed after a night on that bed, was the only good thing about the hotel. The room service was prompt but the they forgot one breakfast dish altogether, claiming I only ordered one. The room service dinner was better. Communication in English was a problem at times. Reception and wait staff were polite and helpful. April 14, 2014
