I would expect better of a St. Regis hotel. I stayed as part of a larger conference yet was given a 2nd floor room with direct view of a events tent and facing the outside patio. I expected it to be noisy and with zero privacy so asked to be moved to a different room right away. I was called back only 30 minutes later to be told there were no other rooms. Which made no sense as I was one of the first people to arrive as the conference started a day later and we had more than 100 rooms in the room block. After the fact I called several times as the room humidity was unacceptable. It was below 30. I asked for a humidifier and even after having 2 humidifiers run it wouldnt get much better. We couldnt sleep at all 3 nights in a row because of the bad air quality. We did the oxygen treatment that was supposed to help for 3 days but really only helped one night. Then the AC didnt work. We had it set to 68 but only warm air was coming out. And to top things off 2 nights of the 3 nights we were there we never received turndown service even though we weren't even in the room in the evening and had circled the oil treatment we wanted.

We had been looking forward to our stay at the St. Regis Deer Valley after our Yosemite National Park visit even more after learning that our suite upgrade had cleared. We were looking forward to a bit of luxury to wrap up our Labor Day holiday vacation. We were not disappointed in any way. In fact, this St. Regis was by far the best St. Regis we had ever visited and made up for a previous disappointing St. Regis experience at another property. This hotel embodies the St. Regis experience perfectly!
First, our arrival was handled impeccable by Janice. She checked us in and then took us to the concierge desk to professionally provide us with details we asked about for our planned hiking and biking activities and filled us in on winter activity questions as well (we are returning in February). Janice was absolutely charming and greeted us enthusiastically every day.
We enjoyed our first platinum breakfast the next morning and was served by Kylie. Kylie knew the exact balance between friendliness, warmth and yet allowing us our privacy to enjoy the spectacular mornings overlooking the Wasatch mountains. We looked forward to our mornings being served by Kylie.
When our needs were not being looked after by Kylie and Janice, there was Ben. Ben, another concierge was attentive to all of our needs and added yet another level of service to what was already our impeccable experience at this hotel.
Our room was beyond compare. The staff’s attention to our needs were endless, from the concierge, to the valet to the shuttle drivers to the servers and hostesses in the restaurant. If I had to point to what describes best what I want from a vacation it is this hotel and all its amenities and service. Our room was magnificent and just added to the amazing experience we were having. Add to this that Deer Valley/Park City is magnificent and you have the perfect vacation. We are coming back in February to ski and just re-booked again for July 2017. I am addicted!

Food was amazing, Hotel was amazing! The butler's Gayla and Ignatious took such good care of us, from the coffee orders to the private champagne sabering. We also had a great time at the pool and the bar. Look forward to coming back next year. Thank you St. Regis Deer Valley!

This hotel is lacking on multiple levels. The quality of room amenities and linens are far below expectations from the St. Regis brand. The spa is the only positive worth mentioning. However If you want to bus your own luggage like you're staying in a motel and receive filthy dishes with your room service then roll the dice here. It was cheap during the off season and we still didn't get what we paid for. I'd highly recommend other alternatives in the area.

We had a wonderful weekend stay with our family at the St. Regis. The rooms were beautiful and the staff was beyond attentive and accomodating. They acknowledged us by name everytime we went in or out of the hotel
When we had special food delivered to the hotel, they took care of heating it up, setting us up at beautiful table in the library and provided waiter service. We have done this before at many hotels, but we have never been treated as nicely as we were here. The concierges went out of their way to do everything they could for us.
My husband brought a bike with him, which the valets/concierges took care of storing for him and they recommended great riding areas for him on the mountain.
My only critique of the hotel is that there was not enough seating by the pool area as there was a big group at the hotel that weekend for a wedding.
I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Our spring stay was idyllic, despite the inclement weather which made the suite all that more comfortable. Of course, we expected luxe furnishings and service, but in subtle ways our stay was much more: slope side views, exquisite bedding and cozy blankets on couch, fireplaces in both living room and bedroom, personal greetings from everyone on staff. We also enjoyed excellent dinner at JG Grill where outstanding service from Glenn, tables visit from the chef Mat, and followup convo with mgr. Henri made us feel particularly welcomed besides the food being perfect.
