It was by far the highest in the St. Regis resort we visited.
We stayed in April . The weather was good alright
The hotel was quiet luxury.
Treatment of platinum also excellent.
I really would like to thank the hospitality, AGUS ANUARTA!!
Weather,huge pool, food and service,butler and staff..
It was a journey all goes the perfect satisfaction.
We decided to be impressed , to re- visit next year.
I recommend this place really.

I have previously stayed at this hotel before, not long after it had first opened and I have to say I was extremely disappointed with the lack of Platinum SPG loyalty they conveyed at the time and various other slight issues I ran into during that particular visit. I put that down to the hotel being relatively juvenile at the time and adequate training had yet to be established.
I have to say, on my latest visit the improvements were both extensive and visible at all levels of both the hotel and the staffing excellence. This hotel is rated a category 7, the highest honour that can be bestowed upon a hotel in the Starwood collection and it thoroughly deserves that grade based on this visit. At check-in I was greeted by the reservations manager and she welcomed me back (always a nice touch that the hotel has bothered to acknowledge a returning client, rather than a first time visit). In addition, my Platinum status was very much recognized and appreciated and a newly decorated villa suite was allocated to me. The villa was fabulous; the service was impeccable and practically flawless. Nothing was too much trouble for any member of staff and everyone was always smiling and courteous. The food quality was extremely high and the attention to detail was second to none.
All in all, I wish I had stayed a few more days at this resort alas, I had several other hotels in the collection to inspect… well done St Regis Bali – you did a great job and I very much look forward to coming back again to see if you can emulate this very high standard that you have set yourself. Thank you for providing an extremely high quality experience indeed. This hotel should be used an example to others in the collection of how service standards can be at the highest level – very impressive.

Our stay was overall excellent. The main entrance was stunning. However, we did not receive the welcome drink. First I thought it was typical for St.regis not to provide welcome drink. Yet when check-out, we saw others provided the drinks. So I guess we were exceptions.
The room was excellent with well-thought-out layout. We get to use all the facilities in the room. Breakfast was one of a kind. We were speechless by the selections of breakfast. It was still our talked-about of this trip.
We asked the concierge to facilitate the outside massage as we wanted to experience the real Balinese massage. The place was horrible as it should never be recommended to other guests. We again asked conceirge to schedule the katamaran at the beach. When we were there, the staffs had no knowledge and responded back with non responsiveness as they might be an outsiders. Yet, it was not professional.
However, the hotel is excellent. Yet, I saw a group of staffs using the library as it should be provided to the guests. I saw them made tea and chilling at the library in the lobby area wearing St. Regis uniforms as I found it inappropriate for the hotel this scale.
Overall, the stay was excellent. The breakfast was the star. We couldn't ask for more.

This is our second stay in the hotel, this time, we went for ten days, a group of seven people, including babies, teenagers and adults. This is a fantastic hotel, difficult to find any shortfalls. The rooms are nicely decorated, the premises in general are outstanding and quiet and the personnel is first class. Fantastic place to go as a couple or as a family. There is just a minor point I think that could be improved: lunch time on Sundays: as the restaurants are booked with non-staying guests, staying guest who forget to make a booking have limited choices for lunch. It would be fantastic if the hotel could make some allowance or reserve some tables for such guests or give notice to the guests of such event.

This is my second time to the resort and it has continued to be top notch. From beginning to end, the experience was absolutely wonderful. Upon arrival, a staff was there waiting to take care of everything. The lounge is beautiful and the flower arrangements are breathtaking! Attention to detail is amazing...from the decor to the staff uniform is just beautiful.
Breakfast is delicious with very friendly staff. The food at all restaurants are also delicious. All the rooms there are beautifully done. The pools and beach is very nice. It's an amazing place for a special holiday getaway.
Nizelania Tarini has made my stay memorable. She made sure my husband and I were happy at all times. Her staff are very professional and were always there to help. It's because of Nizelania that makes me want to return to St Regis Bali and highly recommend this resort.
Thank you Nizelania! It was an absolute joy meeting you and my stay would not have been wonderful without you!

We arrived at the St Regis Resort after a wonderful cruise from Australia on the "Silver Shadow" we had no preconceived ideas about the hotel we booked on our first visit to Bali. The cruise line expects all disembarking passengers to depart the vessel by 10 am on the day of arrival we knew that our suite at the hotel would not be ready by 2 pm at the earliest and were prepared to wait.
On arrival we were met by the smiling Lucia, the Hotel Manager together with Carlos the Chief Butler before we knew what was happening our baggage was whisked away together with hand baggage and coats. We were invited by Carlos to take a seat the generous couches located in the magnificent lobby while staff checked us into the hotel. Carlos was most apologetic about our suite not being ready we assured him this was understood, he invited us to the Gourmand Deli for a coffee while we waited.After coffee we sat with the Chief Concierge Agus who advised us and booked us on various day and evening tours, nothing was too much trouble.
Later while having lunch at the newly discovered Deli Carlos and our butler Merita arrived and escorted us to our suite. We marvelled at the spacious living and sleeping area, the outside balcony overlooking the well tended tropical gardens, and luxurious bathroom.
Our stay at the St Regis was truly memorable, the smiling staff to whom nothing was too much trouble, the arranged day and evening tours which all went like a well oiled machine, just strolling in the gardens, and being taken by golf buggy to the cleanest beach I have ever encountered. The choice of fine dining and a breakfast to die for. We know we will return !!
And that perfect last detail ?? I ordered boiled eggs for one breakfast, they arrived at the table with the shell cracked all round but replaced back on top of the eggs as if they had never been broken !!

My husband and I enjoyed a lovely 4 day stay here to celebrate his birthday.
The staff have a great way of remaining professional and friendly at every interaction. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the St Regis and will be back!

Recently stayed at the St. Regis Bali Resort for 2 weeks, during Chinese New Year (our 10th visit to Bali). Although the hotel was extremely busy, the service and the staff quality was exceptional through-out the hotel. I would especially like to compliment the Breakfast Buffet staff, including greeters, waiters and the kitchen staff. I've never seen a group work so well as a team, with the result being exceptional service, with superb food quality.
Our ocean view room was excellent, very clean, great amenities and the butler service was really appreciated.
The only area where we could see a small improvement is in the swimming pool area. There is a lack of chairs near the pool and facilities to enjoy a pool side drink is limited. This is likely a pool area design problem, however steps might be considered to improve the ambiance and functionality of the pool area. The beach front area is superb.
Overall a great stay and we will definitely be back.

Spent 2 nights at the St Regis Bali; a short but luxurious break. I particularly enjoyed the culinary offerings of the few but excellent dining outlets; the breakfast at Boneka was sumptuous while the Sunday Brunch at Kayuputi was divine and out-of-this world. Highly recommended- i would schedule a weekend stay just to be there for the brunch! The property was very well-maintained (although I didn't understand why the jacuzzi nozzles in the main pools didn't work). Service was excellent and personalised.

The resort; facilities and staff of the highest standard. Best resort and service we've stayed at for many many years.
Special mention to Carlos Contanzo and his team for remarkable service - attention to detail was first class and nothing was too difficult for him and his team. Food of a very high standard...a wonderful expereince provided by the team and St Regis bali. Beach way better than in other parts of bali.

My wife and I went there for our honeymoon and could not have gone to a better resort. Everything was perfect. The staff was so friendly and remembered all of our needs. From the moment we landed to the moment we left, they kept complete care of us. We loved every moment and cannot wait to go back.

We stayed at the St Regis Bali Resort for the final 3 nights of our stay in September following our wedding in Uluwatu. St Regis is a must do for us when we visit Bali as it provides a 'home away from home' feeling every time we stay. Carlos Constanzo and the team of butlers make us feel like the only guests in the resort and there was no question in our mind as to where we wanted to finish our wedding holiday at!! If there is one place to treat yourself at when visiting Bali, this is it!

5 nights well spent. Every detail was carefully taken care of right from airport pick up to drop off.
The attention given to us felt as though we were the only guests in the hotel. Would definitely stay here again if returning to Bali.

Suite Room is very comfortable. I love everything in the room especially the bathroom design. Shampoo, shower gel from Remede Spa in the room is very nice.
Awesome breakfast: fresh sashimi and lobster omelette. Swimming pool only 2 - mgmt needs to build more. Beach was a bit dirty - little plants debri on the water and my husband stepped on oil on the sand beach. I love the salt water pool though.. Very creative design.
