So many mistakes. Housekeepers remove the power key and take it, when I'm back to my room I found everything down, and I have to get a new key, even when I asked them not to do this.
Security team are so disorganized. They took from me my driving license and next day somebody else told me they don't have it, so I had to reissue a new one for $150. Two days later somebody else found it. The meridian never took any responsibility on this situation :(( other than threatened that poor employee, this action is so unprofessional :((
The security team is so unprofessional and rude, when I was leaving they stopped me to park the car in the front of the main door to load my luggages and they were too aggressive :(((( even if the parking for loading luggages is allowed.
The coffee taste was too bad, they mix Turkish and the American way to make the coffee :(

I really do not understand what happened with hotel . there is really a drop in the quality in every part of the hotel . Specially sleeping quality .

Yet another stay at this hotel. What can be improved is the bedding. The pillows and duvets are not very comfortable. I would like to say thanks to one person in particular, Saad, who drove me to work every day and made my stay a much more pleasant one.

The reception employee increased the rate of the room because he said that the hotel is fully booked
Although he offered me several rooms to choose from
Then how it is fully booked while he has many rooms available
He wanted to use the situation because I did my check in at 11:00 pm coming from long travel

For few days we stayed in this fantastic hotel, nice breakfast buffets nice room nice dinner. The only one thing not sure was about the internet connection it was quite slow . Very amazing experience, highly recommended

The pictures for the property were accurate. The staff was very nice and the location to the Pyramids was very close. As a bonus, construction for the new Egyptian Museum is nearby so when it's complete, the hotel will have more attractions nearby.

I requested for a NON-SMOKING Pyramids View Room adjacent to each other. However, when we arrived in the hotel, they gave us a room in the Smoking Floor. Furthermore, the room w/c has the Pyramids View is old & looks gloomy!
Good thing the hotel is not full so they gave us Refurbished Rooms at the back. The refurbished Pyramids view rooms needs additional 30 Euros per night to upgrade. But no problem, the new room is better & bigger.
