Excellent quality and service. Reception was good, and i mean very friendly and smiling. Food is not to bad, but could be better. In all the hotel is a class of its own.. And thank you to the desk manager for his Hospitality and ensuring i was comfortable.

The hotel has a good view over the Polo grounds and gives a powerful look over the area. keep up the lightings. Make it colorful.

Some of the staff were cocky and somewhat un -professional.
The lady I met at the Front Desk was also not warm.She also appeared quite distracted.
This is my second time at this Hotel. The food and facilities were great. Customer Service however has to improve.

Service is good< prompt and most importantly the check in was so friendly, and warm. Their smiling attitude. The service is wonderful, non compared to them.

There were two of us that were being offered smoking rooms on arrival; that should not be so. Guests should be asked whetner or not they want smoking rooms at the time of booking not on arrival. I ended up waiting for ove an hour while a solution was being sought.
