Was warmly welcomed to the hotel as a Plat member, and had my photo taken with the front desk staff for some reason. Upgraded to a Club Floor room, that was really clean. Furniture and carpet are a bit older, but is fine. The bed sits low, but was surprisingly comfortable.
Plats get free breakfast in the restaurant downstairs. The food is varied, and high quality. Unfortunately, it doesn’t open until 7am, which can be a problem for people with early morning flights. Gym was decent sized, with a good selection of equipment.
The Sheraton is located in Saket, which is a bit south for touristy locations, but is close to the red line Metro station.

This hotel has given me many problems in the past. They rarely have my information correct when I go to check in, and they have not recognized my Gold/Platinum Status with stays there. The rooms are small and average, but we continue to come back here when traveling through Delhi. It typically is the cheapest of the Delhi hotel options with SPG, and we do not spend a lot of time at the hotel when the travel through. Saying all of that, the Club Lounge is really nice, and I think the best service in the hotel takes place in that lounge. Also, my wife has a gluten intolerance, and the breakfast staff do a great job to help her with something to eat.

Very ill-tranined staff with no value for SPG Gold member. Staff not up to the mark as a Shearton Brand name should have. Property ill-managed. Believe it or not during my stay the Elevator of the Hotel was out of function from 21:hrs when i got stuck on the 6th floor and had to use service elevator to go down and the situation was the same even after 4 hrs whn i returned to the hotel. The satff was very discourteous of the entire situation. Even after my repeated complaints not even once any of the senior management team memeber bothered to get in touch with me.NOT AT ALL VALUE FOR MONEY, instead CHOOSE THE OTHER ITC SHERATON IN DELHI WITH SAME RATES

Pickup and check in was marvelous. We stayed in 6th floor executive club. Room was good and view of Qutub Minar made it even better. In my mind aroma and delicious food of 'restaurant Dakshin' is still floating. My son was amazed after receiving surprise cake and special attention from the staff. Although check out was not as warm as the check in. We had to carry our heavy luggage from room to reception lobby ourselves. We are looking forward to stay in this hotel again.

This hotel is not the most modern or highest in New Dehli, but it is a great pick for a family. The rooms are very clean and in good condition. The furniture and rooms are made of high quality materials and the location is within a 1 minute walk of two modern shopping malls. This hotel was a great value and provided a driver and tour guide for our stay. The restaurants are also nice and we got access to the executive club, which was a very nice feature.

I stayed at this hotel in. Oct 2013. The service was very nice. Especially at the Baywatch during breakfast.
Ms.Sharma the GM treated us very nicely. She made us feel very special.We have stayed in this property couple of times with our families. We are planning to do in the future.

Once I checked in, there was no response from the reception to any question or request. The phone would ring for several minutes without any one even picking up and asking us to hold.
There was no explanation provided on the Internet use or where breakfast was provided. At one time I had to walk down from my room to get the attention of the staff. This hotel does not deserve a Sheraton title based on the service I received.
