As always my stay was enjoyable. My only complaints as always are:
1/ The whole hotel is a bit dated.
2/ Room AC is noisey.
3/ People allowed to smoke in lobby even when AC on. This is very annoying for non smokers.
4/ Staff not sure on what Gold SPG means. When i asked for 4pm check out, initially was told this is extra, after i told them i was a Gold member everything was ok. Staff need to be more aware. Having said that, they are always very friendly and try very hard.
Overall the hotel has a nice island/Bali feel to it. It is not expensive, but it is older and booking online can be a problem if you don't want to use a CC for payment.

Fried Rice and Fried Rice Noodle (kwetiau) is not good.
But I really enjoy western food and Thai Salad.

For me this hotel is comfortable and I can get my "little escape" after business trip in Lampung. The staff very nice and helpful. the room condition meet my expectation.

Sheraton Lampung is an ideal base to work from while in the region. It has all the facilities expected from a top hotel, with good food, great accommodation and freindly staff. The pick up and drop off to the airport is quick and efficient and the atmosphere is both good for meetings and socialising.

It's a nice and quiet place to be, the staff were all friendly and helpful. The building gives a rustic and traditional feel. Lots of greenary surrounding the hotel, which gives a at home and peaceful feel. Many thanks sheraton lampung.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Byron Nice Hotel - Just Don't Try to Mail a Letter
Staff is excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. Food was good. Fitness center is being renovated - great - hope they get new dumbells too, since their current ones are dirty and rusty and left stains all over my gym shirt.
Left a letter with the front desk staff to be mailed. 2 days later, I was asked for my pasport to mail the letter....odd? Then I was asked to pay the postage. I said "Can't you just put it on my bill?"...."No sir, you must pay cash."...."OK, how much?"...."1,000,000 Rp" ($100 US) WHAT??? I have never had hotel staff try to rip me off like this before! "OK, just give me my letter back"...."Sorry sir, it is at the post office".....I was checking out, so now my friend has to retrieve the letter and mail it for me!!
Very disappointing for such an otherwise nice hotel!!
