Check-in was way after 3pm, despite knowing we were here for a wedding reception expects us to gather at the lobby at 4pm. While waiting, we had lunch which took us almost 2 and a half hours due to the poor and slow service of taking our orders, serving our food and settling our bill.
As a Starwood Privilege Member, a quite a number of staffs here are not aware of the benefits or discounts entitled.
Am not sure it it was due to the high occupancy or inefficiency of the staffs. The service that we encountered here was not up to standards.

check in的时候，一看酒店的大堂，就知道这家酒店很棒，服务一流，酒店很大，外部设施一流，泳池很漂亮，房间设备好，床很舒适，位置离巨鹰广场很近，离kuah town 5分钟车程。

I really had a great holiday with my wife. An excellent services from all the staff, specially thanks to Mr Faisal , who gave us the best service during our stay in your hotel. Thank you so much to Chef Chandra who gave and prepared the best food, we really enjoyed the romantic dinner with an excellent food.

Everything about the hotel was amazing. The rooms were large and comfortable. The hotel was clean and the food was delicious. The staff went beyond expectations regarding service.
