Rated 5 out of 5 by Eyouakim Great Stay, Fantastic Service
I have stayed here in the past, and this past stay was just as fantastic.
Due to my schedule and other circumstances, I had a late check in (we're talking about 2:00am). When I arrived, Steve was incredibly helpful and very patient. The lobby was full of late night snackers and bar-goers, but he was always friendly and patient will all of the hotel guests.
The room was perfect. It was very comfortable and clean.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that needs to stay in the Rosemont area.

I really have no complaints about the hotel but the parking as someone else mentioned is not consistant. To park without in/out its 13 bucks but to get the in/out its 20. They do not tell you this at the counter when you check in. I can stay at a hotel in another chain less than 1/4 mile away with free parking. I do enjoy the hotel but I have no need to stay at this exact location besides I like the chain so I will stay where I can save my company 20 bucks a night.

Rated 2 out of 5 by madsdad Looks can be deceiving
First off, as I was booking my room I was told that I could not get the special promotion that was posted on this hotel's website because there were not enough rooms left to honor it but my friend had already booked this hotel for himself so I was stuck with it. They allowed us to check in early which was nice but there was no mention, either through their website or the phone assistant that I booked with, that I would have to pay for parking and there was no free parking. The room was nice but the door latch was broke (I fixed it), the remote for the television barely worked, the shower door leaked creating a lake to step into out of the shower, the pillows were very flat and the room temperature would not stay consistent. If the air conditioning was on, it was freezing. If it was off it was very warm no matter the setting on the thermostat. Overall, just not worth the money.

Its loft like so it isn't like a Ritz but its clean, neat, and the staff is friendly. Parking costs $20 so turn in the rental car to save on it. There are several places to eat within walking distance.

I truly enjoyed our stay at Aloft Chicago O'Hare. The staff were all extremely friendly & helpful. The location is right in the heart of Rosemont, IL and within walking distance to convention center for Wizard World Comic Con. I would recommend anyone to stay at this hotel with its sleek, modern vibe & accommodations.

We went for a relaxing weekend...got the opposite.
First, phone started ringing EARLY Sunday morning and didnt stop until I unplugged it. Second, a man tried getting into our room around 10am! Unannounced used a key, thank goodness we had deadbolt on or he would have come in.
When checking out I complained about the above and was told they wrote the wrong room number down for a wake up call - sorry. As far as the man trying to get into our room - oh must have been a manager. Really! But they did pay for my parking.
Not good enough..
On the plus side -the bed was super comfortable and room was clean...

Rated 4 out of 5 by RJS1 A welcome surprise for an airport hotel
Come for the great rates, stay for the chill-out pool and great bartenders.
I have to recommend the aloft over the other Starwood hotels at ORD because it's simply cheap and cheerful. If you don't need to be downtown, and are just passing through - stay here. The rooms are comfortable for quick "just passing through" visits, although I wouldn't stay a week.
The staff are what I really liked about the place. With the exception of one surly guy working the desk during one of my 2am checkins, everyone is super-friendly, willing to give you (free) toothpaste/shaving cream/etc if TSA has taken yours, help out, and just make you feel welcome. The bartenders working the xyz are also great - if you want cursory "I'm grumpy and just want a drink" service, you got it...if you're looking to discuss and chat and hang, they're up for that too - and have a good sense of which mood you're in.
Shuttle service to the airport is great, and I'll be back.

Rated 5 out of 5 by GODAWGS99 First visit....
First time staying at an Aloft. Rooms were great, parking was good too. The only issue I had about the hotel, 2 treadmills. Really?!?!?! Come on, 2 treadmills for the entire hotel. It would be much better if they doubled the treadmills, and/or elliptical machines. Other than the fitness room, the hotel is great.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Dsan Cool hotel/nice location
I was there for a week long training. Hotel has a cool feel and staff were helpful and friendly. My TV had issues so I was not able to get HD channels or Showtime. They were not able to fix it for me so that was kind of a bummer. I probably would have given someone a complimentary drink at bar or voucher for food if I were on staff and this happened. They have a nice "green" feature where you can put a card on your door and they will skip your room for cleaning/towels. They give you a $5 voucher for breakfast for this I think. I took advantage of this first night, but decided to skip the next day. I later found out that you are put on this list for the rest of your stay. This was not very clearly marked (if at all) on the card, so it was a disappointing surprise to come back to an untouched room. They did clean the room the rest of my stay, but didn't do very well. Did not clean the toilet or the coffee maker tray.
Overall, I would still say if was a pretty good experience. Obviously, the above mentioned items were not the end of the world type issues. Give it a try, but read the cards carefully!

Yet another easy stay at this hotel. Busy weekend with Lollapaloosa going on, and the hotel being full, but good service and great place to stay.

Rated 4 out of 5 by fish09 Solid Aloft for overnight stays
I stayed here 2 nights before and after an international trip flying out of Chicago. The hotel met my needs - free shuttle to and from the airport. Walking distance (though a bit far in cold weather!) to the subway station to get you downtown. Happy with service and room.

Please check-out daily, and re-check-in IF you are staying for more than a night. This is the only way you get room serviced/supplies during your stay! Hotel will NOT replinish paper, pencil, plastic water glaces, tea bags, coffee-suger-creem pouches, water etc. after your first night stay, after you check-in. That's it!
The usual "Aloft Big Square Shower-Heads" are not available at this location, instead they have done some value-engineering and put-up ordinary stuff!

Rated 4 out of 5 by tvh582 Good hotel value
Overall, a good hotel with decent gym facilities. The website could use a little work as it says the bar closes at 11am and they could include better instructions on how to pick up shuttle from O'Hare. You need to wait by door 3 when you arrive and it's not clear after a long flight.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Venessa32 Excellent cleanliness, did not meet expectations for price :(
Parking fees, and the inconveniance of "validating" the parking ticket every time you leave was confusing. Location: Seems to be located in an industrial park. We had high expectations as we frequent the Aloft in our city but never stayed in a room. Price: I would have expected a table to dine at not the white linens of the bed. We expected more but the experience was less than enjoyable with anticipating more hidden charges but we had a great concert experience! We came, we tried and probably will not try again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by RandyM40 Great Customer Service, but...
The staff at this hotel is excellent. I've stayed here before and it's the same every time. Upbeat and willing to go that extra step. The shuttle service gentleman was great and courteous I had a small issue with the tv in my room and the staff cleared it up quickly and even went above what it needed to do.
My only complaint would be that the heat/air runs all night. It never stops and it's loud. No matter what temp you set it on.

Rated 5 out of 5 by RV4000 aloft Rosemont ROCKS!!!
Simply stated, Luis and Giovanna are the BEST! And do not let me forget Mighty Mike. They are the best in the business as it relates to Guest Services. They are always accomodating, know my family by name, and anticipate my needs before I even request.
aloft Rosemont is the only hotel of my choice when I am in Chicago period. I love them. It always feels like home away from home.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Austonian SPG Recognition - Unsatisfactory
Revenue Management for this property has temporarily suspended the Cash & Points redemption option claiming "busy season" from June through November 2013. This is not accurate information. Limited SPG participation in this market is unacceptable. As such, I have adjusted my previous 5 star rating of this property down to 2 stars.

Great all-around experience. The hotel grounds and amenities were top notch. Great bar with a fun crowd and friendly bartender. Room was clean and the perfect temperature. Staff was very helpful with recommending nearby restaurant choices. My favorite part was the lively game of Corn Hole going on outside...Fantastic Stay....Bravo!

Rated 3 out of 5 by yadagrad clean quiet hotel
Good clean hotel. Very quiet considering it is right next to ORD. I could see planes land from my room window.
The only problem was the signage. I arrived at night and I couldn't find a single sign for the hotel. Unfortunately my phone battery had died so it took me a little bit to find it.
But overall a good experience.

The staff at this hotel is excellent across the board. They have always been very helpful to me and I will continue to stay at this hotel whenever I am in Chicago.
The location is very good for getting out to different parts of Chicagoland and the shuttles are always on time to the airport.
