Fantastic Hotel, ultra modern room and surroundings. Good location.
Rooms are however paper thin and you can here guests in the next room. you can also hear doors slamming throughout the night.
Awesome hotel, but very noisy down corridors.
you can also text the hotel any time you want something, this was awesome and never come across this option before.

stayed for our anniversary. We don't celebrate often thought it would be nice was really looking forward to it. I guess we expected much more for the price. Room was not spotless. We have stayed in $80 a night places that were cleaner than our room. no sheet on bed was warm in room and couldn't put thermostate below 65. Bought a movie and my husband fell asleep it says you have it for 24 hours but he was unable to retrieve it the next morning. Open spilled water bottles in closet. No coffee machine in room. Bed was very uncomfortable didn't sleep well. Charged us for parking twice. food crumbs on chairs on balcony.

The lighting in the guest rooms is horrible. Smoked glass mirrors and no light. The light in the bathroom is yellow.
The website grossly misrepresents the pool. This is not a family hotel as both Saturday and Sunday afternoons the pool is LA's twenty something playground. Body to body twenty year olds with club music so loud it could be heard from inside our hotel room 4 levels away. My 15 year old was offereded 2 vodka drinks in the 20 minutes I allowed her to be there. Not a risk or liability the SLS should assume. Do not stay here if you'd like a pleasant family experience. A gross website misrepresentation. The low point of our time in LA.

I highly recommend the SLS Beverly Hills. Excellent service, comfortable and fashionable rooms, and great restaurants and bars.

It is hard to know where to start since this hotel fell down completely starting at check-in when I felt ignored and they did not ask me for a Starwood account number. The room had a reasonably comfortable bed f=but the room decorations were all hard, sharp and reflective...not my style. The bathroom had a tube that was hard to use and did not drain. When I got a room with a shower instead (took all day), it too did not drain. Lastly, the pool that was designated as "for hotel guests only" was in fact filled with wealthy locals making no room for many hotel guests. You can do much better elsewhere and indeed I have and will in the future trips to LA.

If you are a fan of dark, trendy nighclubs full of attitude where the doormen stand with the velvet rope in their hands, then this could be the place for you. On the other hand, if you like a practical and functional hotel, go elsewhere. Rooms are very dark. Beds are low to the ground, Bathroom is totally disfunctional. Cannot control the water from shower. Actually, there is no shower, just a high bathtub which you can kill yourself getting in and out of. This place is designed for rock stars and drug dealers but not for people who appreciate true luxury hotels.

This was one of my worst stays in a Starwood property ever. There was a ton of noise in the room from the club downstairs (of a level that prevents sleep). It took 4 (!) calls to the front desk (in the space an hour) to get someone to do something about it.
Room service took forever (which was funny because when they read back my order for confirmation they indicated it would take a maximum of 29 minutes to be delivered; in reality it was more like 60 minutes).
Staff were mostly friendly (with the exception of a couple of arrogant characters), but just not able (or willing?) to help.
For a hotel that prides itself on its service level, my experience was completely unacceptable.
