Perfect location: very close to Westbrook National Park, but still need ~5mins to enter it.
Nice design with good view from room.
Smell in the room is not good, probably due to moist air.
Recognition of membership is unsatisfactory. Zero membership benefits for gold card.
Breakfast is so-so, very limited choice.

Good room, good bed as always.
Location is a little off from the west Lake area. But just next door to the wetland.
Not much happening around the area, except there is a small shopping area. Walk further outside the hotel compound, you will find better local restaurants like Grandma's
The mosquitoes and insects are nuisance though.

My family and I stayed at the hotel for two nights during my short family visit to China.
The hotel staff is very helpful and accommodating.
We enjoyed the facility and the location.
The hotel is located in a newish area where there are lots of dining options.
The hotel also upgraded my grandparent's room to a large suite, which made them very happy!
On top of all things the hotel send roses to my grandpa for his birthday!
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and will absolutely return next year.

The hotel and rooms are fine but there are many problems with the service and noise.
The hotel is in the flight path of a nearby military base, so very loud until at least 10pm.
The service was lacking across the board. The restaurant staff probably has never served foreigners before. The immigration western food also didn't help.
On checkout I asked for my bill to be mailed, nothing. How am I supposed to expense the stay.
Sheraton should drop the hotel and look for a better opportunity in the West of Hangzhou.

My husband & I came to celebrate our anniversary & his birthday & as a platinum member, I expected much more from the hotel. We arrived late morning & was told our room would be ready in one hour. Over two hours later, we still had no room & staff had not informed us why until we asked.
We had to call for housekeeping twice before our room was finally cleaned. Room service food is something to be desired as well.
Staff in the lounge & also Feast buffet were friendly. The pool & gym was average but the suites were quite spacious & nice. The area around the hotel was peaceful & a good escape from the hectic city.
Overall, staff in reception did not meet expectations with first impressions.
