Rated 5 out of 5 by 'Special Occasion' Stay - Local Guest From arriving at the Ajman Saray for our 2 night stay, to our departure - a VERY enjoyable experience. Ease of parking in basement, check-in quick (and early!) - kind and helpful staff. Room very nice - large, comfortable, great view, clean, separate sink and toilet, 'wonderful' shower, in this case - tub with a view, quality products. Full board so 3 meals - restaurant food was VERY tasty - not easy to do when making larger amounts - I would even call it 'gourmet' - also, great staff and dining area. Pool and beach - huge pool(s) - plenty of comfortable seating both pools and beach - 'free' water and frozen treats (wow!) - staff outstanding. Room was decorated for special occasion (birthday). Did I mention the food? Outstanding........ I would recommend the Saray in a heartbeat. Thanks! August 25, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Amazing - Just amazing The whole experience was excellent. The check in was smooth and attentive together with the service in all parts of the hotel. I never left the hotel in 5 days as I didn't need too. The outdoor pool / beach facilities are good for couples, and families too. Food and beverage is excellent - especially breakfast which was amazing and different every day. I should say I travel constantly and have staying in thousands of hotels around the world in the years I've been in my job. This hotel has to be in the top 5 hotels for service. @SPG and the Management of this hotel - WELL DONE. You have got it just right! I certainly will be returning soon. August 21, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Amazing Stay in the Hotel We had a wonderful time during our stay and most likely we will be back for the holidays. The staff are so nice especially the staff at the check in counter. They are all very nice and professional. Good job! However, when we got home, I realized that my yellow comb was not in my bag and I remembered I placed it somewhere in room 319. I know its just a simple yellow comb but i had that comb since I was 18 (now Im 36) and my mom gave me that comb and she used to use it to comb my hair. My experience with your over the phone customer service was not good. First I spoke with Mohammed, I gave him all my details and he said that he will check and call me back. After more than 3 hrs no one called back so I called again. This time it was Mesheam, I can't hear her clearly so I decided to call again after 30mins. 3rd call I spoke to Meshram, and I told her again my story. She put me on hold and when she came back she told me that they did not see anything in rm 319. Then the line got cut off. So I called again for the 4th time. I didnt like how Meshram handled the situation and her lack of soft skills made me feel very disappointed. It seems that shes not very helpful and when I told her that "you mean it just disappeard?" And she said "Yes!". I suggest that she undergo training on good customer service. I was agitated and called again for the 4th time, this time Meshram directly soft transferred me to Mohamed and asked him to double check. Mohamed tried to ask me about the details and so I asked him to just check tne notes in your system as I have called and repeated my story 3x already. He said that it was not in the system! So je asked me what am I looking for? This time I really got very frustrated and told him that I will not repeat myself for the 4th time and for him to check the system as I have provided all my details along with my mobile number on the first call and I will expect a call back. Mohamed did call back after 5 mins and told me that they did not find anything. I am 100% sure that I forgot the yellow comb inside the room as I was using it before we left and when we got home it was not inside my bag. Yes, it was just a simple comb but if it didnt matter to me I woudnt be like this crazy looking for it. So, kindly please just check again. Thank You!
