The staff were great. Everyone from check in to check out were great!
One of the rooms, it appeared that someone had used the bathroom and drank one of the bottled waters...kind of creepy to check into a room that has been used a little.

The layout of the hotel is really nice, faculty is awesome, rooms are very clean and inviting, we loved the balcony, even tho its right next tothe airport we ddidn't even hear a plane takeoff or land its very quiet. I will be staying here again on my jnext visit to tuscon

The staff was very friendly and courteous even though we checked in late in the evening. The room was very spacious, clean and the beds were amazing. Even though I didn't get to see the entire property I liked all the amenities and the grounds were wonderfully maintained.

We were very pleased with the overall service of the hotel and particularly the restaurant. It was good to not have to search for a reataurant in the evening. And the food!!!! Worthy of any chefs restaurant. We will look forward to staying at another Starwood hotel.

We enjoy staying at the 4 points because its conveniently located to the airport and casino. Had a lovely dinner in the hotel restaurant before retiring to our hotel room. Staff was friendly and courteous. We WILL be back!

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were very accommodating to requests. Restaurant in hotel was great. Food was good. We ate breakfast and dinner there. Free 24 hour shuttle will take you anywhere within 5 miles of the hotel. Will definitely stay there again.

Reservation process was great, rate was quite reasonable, breakfast was really great.
Coffee/tea wasn't always replenished and literally every other room on my floor received a morning paper every day...not I.
On the last day, I went into the lobby to access and print my boarding pass. There was no paper in the printer. When I asked about paper (does one purchase per sheet?) the gal behind the counter told me that there was no paper and no ink cartridge. If I wanted to print, I could give my email and password, she could access the link, check in for me and print the boarding pass. Ummmm, yeah...no.
Finally, at check out, no one asked about my stay. Perhaps because I had asked for a paper twice, asked about coffee in the room and requested a tea bag. Perhaps they already knew that we'd be chatting a "happy sandwich."
In closing (and to complete that sandwich) the staff was friendly, the grounds folks were great, the location is close and convenient to the airport and other services and the restaurant bar stirs up a great mojito.

Management team was very rude, front desk personnel were not helpful and not accomodating. I had booked 11 rooms for 3 nights and the Hotel missed all 11 rooms up and did nothing to correct their mistakes. Do not recommend every going to this location.

We had a very early flight. Instead of driving the 40 mins in the morning to get to the airport we stayed at hotel closest to the airport. They kept my car for the week so I didn't have to pay additional parking at the airport.Overall a good deal

I stay here several times a year and am never disappointed. My room is always in excellent repair, clean, and comfortable. The rates are also very decent; I will always select this hotel when I am traveling through the Tucson Airport.

Pleasant and efficient checkin where my Platinum status was honored. Comfortable room but a bit outdated. Excellent food in R&R as well as breakfast buffet. Appreciated coupons for the delicious breakfast. Will stay there again.

The staff at this hotel were very attentive and helpful making our stay excellent. I highly recommend dining at this hotel. The food is really top tier. We stayed 8 days and ate all of our meals there. Each meal was a delight. l

I felt safe and slept in comfort. Also, it was comforting to have a 5* restaurant on the premises, since there isn't many choices available especially at night. However, the restaurant should have better hours for operation.

I only stayed in the hotel for a night, but it's conveniently placed near the Pima Air Museum and the Airport, which are the two places where I go to in Tucson.
Loved the bed, the desk and the free coffee in the morning.

Curved shower curtain rod prevented bathroom door from wider opening, very difficult for person using walker. (not handcapped room). Made it nesassary to step beside commode to close door to us facilities. (very small)

The hotel is clean and the staff are great. The room was spacious and welcoming and its location immediately adjoining the airport was extremely convenient. We heard no noise from the airport/airplanes in our room.

This is the greatest place to stay, clean comfortable......love the beds and the food was fabulous. The buffet breakfast was impressive. Definitely a great value that provides a luxurious experience.

We had to consistently ask for extra towels, coffee, cups and water. These were things that should have been replaced on a daily basis.

Perfect hotel near airport for over nite stay. Bed was comfy, people friendly, and breakfast was fabulous....and having that coupon for a free breakfast was great. I will def stay there again.

Asked for wake up call at 6AM. No one call; nearly missed event because of it. Only advantage of this facility is it's proximity to the airport. Entire hotel needs renovation.

Just got back. Stayed for business and this place was very disappointing. The staff are not friendly or helpful. Check in took about 45 minutes granted I was 15 minutes early but my flight landed 2 hous befoe we stopped by to see if we could chech in. They said no so went to lunch until almost 3. Still no rooms said they would call but never did so after 45 minutes I made a stink and they somehow then found a room. Other were having the same treatment. Rooms were clean. Beds were confortable. Housekeeping did a good job. Walls are super thin. You will hear every noise outside and above. Hot tub was not hot. Exercise room was good size with cardio and dumbells. Bathrooms are tiny and outdated. Has a restaurant on property that I heard others compliment. There are other dining close by in nearby hotels too but don't expect anything else (fast food) unless you drive. You will need a car staying here if you plan on doing anything. This is an overnighter airport hotel, very close to the airport but nothing else. There are tons of hotel choices around here and I would pay a bit more for quiet and good service.

I booked 5 nights and left after 3 because the carpets were disgustingly dirty in our room. I want a refund for the 2 nights we did not use.
