It was a nice surprise. It seems here lately, I have been continuously disappointed in hotel rooms, but I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. The room was exceptionally clean, the beds were dressed in white sheets, white comforters and each bed had four pillows. I slept great! The staff were attentive when needed. The breakfast is not complimentary, but can be included in an online deal. The breakfast was good. It included sausage gravy, biscuits, scrambled eggs, grits, bacon & sausage, muffins, waffles, cereals, fruit, juices, milk and coffee. Plenty to eat. Unfortunately, I did not get a chance to experience the pool / whirlpool. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

Easy drive to airport.
Property clean and new.

I love the design and decor of this hotel. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very comfortable. I had a great night's sleep in the wonderful bed.

From the time we checked in with Sherrita until we left, we received nothing but excellant service. Romms were clean and comfortable, restaurant service excellant and food very good. Will be back

I stay here frequently and the location is great for places to eat, shopping and a quiet rest... Not so impressed with the hotel restaurant food but with great options close by, it is a fair trade-off.

My stay was actually very nice especially when I wasn't spending time at the front desk trying to figure out the additional room charge on my credit card. My initial reservation was lost and I ended up making another reservation and getting charged for the lost one as well. It took me close to a week to get it figured out and longer than that to get my money back. The front desk manager was great over the phone and I wish I could have found her at the hotel because she was able to fix my problem. I am unsure if I would stay again because I don't like my money being messed with, but overall the hotel was ok. The only reason I would possibly stay is because the error was not on the part of the actual staff but the reservation center.

Sofa sleeper contained dirty linens from previous guest. Extra linens in closet were stained. Soft sleeper had dried food along the top of it. Breakfast was average and cost extra. We were very disappointed in the condition of our room.

Staff was friendly rooms & lobby were clean and easy to work in. Only complaint was a slow elevator but all else was great.
