This might be the best Four Points I have ever stayed in Based on domestic US stays I have very low expectations but was shocked at how amazing this property was.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel was newly renovated so everything is fresh and modern. As a platinum member I was upgraded to a huge suite that was clean, in great condition and very comfortable. I had an amazing welcome amenity waiting - not typical for a Four Points, but so awesome after a long flight form the US .
One of the most amazing things about the hotel was the quality and price of the restaurant. Dinner was really great - I couldn't believe I was eating hotel food. Breakfast was good and consistent.
I would highly recommend this hotel and will absolutely stay again.

Was really looking forward to staying here but was very let down. Recently stayed 9 night with my mother and sister. 2 single beds and 1 camp stretcher-type bed.....the bed had a frame with paint coming off and a sagging canvas base, the mattress was lumpy and sagged....9 very uncomfortable nights sleep! I put the mattress on the floor some nights. I wouldn't pay good money to sleep on that again! 4 star? Don't think so. The other beds were very comfortable. Mentioned this to reception and was told that they could change our room but were booked out. Very unhappy with that. The hotel is nice and rooms are newly refurbished. The room design is horrible with the bathroom facing the beds...no door for privacy just a frosted glass panel you can still see through and does not latch let alone lock! Also there is a big gap under and on top of door so NIL privacy for anyone. The bathroom would be lovely if not for this. Hotel is very handy to the Perth Arena just across the road. We arrived about 11pm with 3 large bags, there were 2 concierge in lobby talking to each other and NEVER during the time we were checking in did they offer to take our bags upstairs, we lugged them up ourselves - dont know why they were there. Food was really nice but have never come across a $5 room service fee before although it is no big deal really. Staff were friendly but we did have a request to housekeeping one morning but she didn't speak english and couldnt understand us. Very friendly though. I really cannot recommend this hotel as nice as it looks for the reasons we experienced with the lack of privacy and the third bed that I wouldn't ask a guest to my home to sleep on. They also do not have a guest laundry...reception told us to go about an 8 minute walk down road to an old laundrette next to the backpackers...Such a shame because it could be a perfect place to stay, but I will be giving it a miss next time I am in Perth.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Sun1down Horrible Hotel!
The air conditioner did not work the entire 7 nights I stayed. The staff simply didn't care, didn't try to fix. Same for all of my colleagues staying there during the trip.
No service, wrong wake up times, wrong taxi times, wrong room service order.
Worst hotel I've stayed in many years!

Reasonable price. Friendly and pro staff. As Gold member, I feel comfortable when I check in, easy and fast. The room was clean and look fashion, much better compare to other hotel in perth metro area. Very good hotel!

Rated 3 out of 5 by Marktime No Free WiFi in the room
Excellent hotel, great location, perfect staff ... but ... I can not beleive why there is no FREE WiFi in the room. When I travel overseas this is never an issue. For such a small outlay in the sheme of things, it is an absolute must nowadays to have FREE and easy access in the room. You pay a good price for this quality hotel and therefore should be able to enjoy the WiFi in the room that you pay for and not just in a public area. Also the car parking is an issue. Expensive $42.00 for valet parking 24 hrs or $4.00 per hour, but the worst thing is that you can not get your car out after midnight weekdays or after 9pm Sundays. Maybe the hotel is not geared for business people. hence no FREE WiFi in the room and limted hours car park.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Spank88 Staff were exemplary
The staff at this hotel, epitomises what really needs to happen whilst staying away from home. 3 in particular I would like to mention. Yann at front desk made sure that every query or concern I had were met with friendliness, that is seldom eeen in motels or the service industry. David & Jack in the bar & restaurant were extremely warm friendly and welcoming. They ensured that I was happy with the service, without being overbearing. They are a credit to your company. I would support some sort of reward & recognition for these 3 in particular. They made my stay truly enjoyable. I will be recommending your hotel to others in my company.

Great location, great rooms, excellent staff. I stay here whenever I have to stay in Perth and it is always a pleasure. Big thanks to Sean the General Manager who has facilitated my various requests. Looking forward to my next stay at the Four Points in the next few weeks.
