The location is strategic for visiting Harvey Nichols and Harrods.
The hotel is close to the metro station of Knightsbridge on the Piccadilly line this allows easy access to central London.
Excellent food and service in the restaurant or one-on-one inside the hotel.

I had a suite and it was lovely, with great service and food, The staff was very nice and helpful. I have stayed at other Starwood hotels in London and found this to be the best location, easy walking every where and 1/2 block from tube and always a taxi near by.

hotel staff was helpful and location quite good. One on One rather expensive but very good deal at lunch for prix fixe special. we upgraded to panoramic floor which had nice view. Close to Sloan street which is great for shopping and walking.

The rooms are excellent,feels like home. very comfortable beds. Every room has a view and light. Also the best spot for shopping and staying in a nice neighbourhood. Very close to the tube, so it is easy to get to the city.

Great location. Convenient to major sites and attractions. Right by the tube. Many eateries within very short walking distance. Clean hotel.
Excellent service by the staff. Would definitely stay here again. Without question.

Charged 20£ item from a minibar for the second room that was not consumed by my colleague, again automatic charge for UNICEEF, no Gold Member upgrade even considered. This stay was well below usual standards for this hotel

Upon arrival was instantly upgraded based on family size and SPG status. Staff was outstanding. I am a Platinum member and travel alot all I can say is everything about this hotel was outstanding.

We booked last minute and it was New Years Eve, to an unknown hotel and not expecting too much. However, service was excellent from all contact we had with numerous reception, bar and restaurant staff.

I consider this hotel as a second home as I have been spending many nights a year at this hotel for the past 6 or 7 years. Service is great and the hotel is located near many of London's great attractions.

Not only is the hotel's location superb but so are its rooms. I love the beds, linens and towels. All very high quality. The work area is well designed with electric plugs of all kinds easily accessable.

The Hotel is very good and I will stay there the next time (hope will be available). Quality of the food was very good. The only question was that the room was not upgreated even I'm SPG gold member.

Great size room for a couple; fantastic location; responsive staff; rooms have a spacious feeling due to large and rounded windows; bathroom is great because it has both a bathtub and shower.

Wonderful bed, best nights sleep in the month I was gone was while at the Sheraton Park Tower. Staff outstanding in all aspects. Fabulous hot shower. Room extremely comfortable and relaxing.

The location is great, good shops, about six Michelin restaurants. Hotel runs like a well oiled machine but WiFi access is very clunky and out of date and should be free in the 21st century.
