Rated 5 out of 5 by Very pleasantly surprised at all the features We arrived in the middle of an horrendous thunderstorm and were very pleasantly surprised to find such great quality accommodation awaiting us. All the staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. The beds are supremely comfortable - wish I could get them at home in Perth, Western Australia! September 23, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Poor quality I'll start with the fact that we abandoned the room one day early and didn't look back, didn't attempt a refund - and they expected us to be interested enough to buy into it ? The solicitation began before we had even seen our room - looked good on the surface - a closer look reviled several shortcomings - used comforter stuffed into a bag on the kitchen counter, palmetto bud in bath area, shower head was worthless (20 min shower), edge of kitchen table had dried food almost all the way around it, the silverware was dirty - knives had food in the teeth, what looked like fecal matter on the wall of the patio, the bed was unfinished - pillows on chair, last straw. All we got was a pretty room. Gave list to checkout gal who was concerned but if this is how the property is maintained - count us out. September 21, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by this hotel has a lot to offer this was our fourth time staying here and again we were not disappointed the staff are a credit to your company rooms are alwayes clean and tidy we were in a one bed room we were a bit disappointed with the kitchen area as we like to cook sometimes but it did not spoil our stay and we will be back in january September 19, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Hotel's location is outstanding. The staff, facility, and grounds are perfect. The rooms were exceptionally clean and very nice except the kitchen was not furnished with the appropriate items needed for cooking and drinking. There were no wine glasses, no drink coasters, no dry measuring cups, no hand mixer and other items for cooking. We stayed 8 nights. I purchased a Getaway and then added an extra night. The location of this property is the best. Easy to get to everywhere. September 14, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Room service We were on honeymoon at one point a staff member with a key walked right in without knocking ,she said she was told the room was empty and was doing a check asked if we just got there we told her we been her 2 days.then the maid knocks and walk in they don't let you even answer first.These 2 events bothered me and I told the person at check out about it she said I should have reported it. Rated 4 out of 5 by Excellent Staffs We stay only one night at this place before heading home. The front desk staffers were very friendly, thank you both Tiffany and Lee for your effort to get us a late checkout the next morning so we don't have to wander around the airport too long. The room was nice and clean and very comfortable. My husband forgot his briefcase and didn't realize until we got to the airport. On the way back I called for help at the front desk and was so happy when they found the briefcase in no time. Thank you Derick for waiting for us at the front entrance to return the briefcase so we can make it back to the airport on time. We would love to check out the facility next time we are in town again,since we know for sure the staffs there were all very friendly and helpful. September 7, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Stay What can I say, the property was First Class and we hated to leave. Great staff and everyone was friendly and helpful. The only thing you need to bring is a good attitude, the room has everything you need. We are coming back for Christmas so we can enjoy the property, we spent most of our time at Lego Land with the little one. Cant wait to get back and spend an entire week. September 2, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by Welcome Breakfast/ Housekeeping We were asked to come to a Welcome Breakfast upon our arrival but we already knew that it's not really a welcome but just to ask us to consider upgrading our ownership. We knew about this because we went to one in Sheraton Plantation in Myrtle Beach and that's what we encountered. All I am saying is that let the people relax and enjoy their vacation and don't push them to attend sessions like this. The housekeeping wasn't done properly as well--- we're not sure what is involved in housekeeping but our unit wasn't vacuumed at all and the toilet sinks and bathrooms weren't cleaned and not enough towels were given to us. The bedsheets weren't changed during our 9 days of stay. It was a big disappointment. September 2, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Fabulous Resort My family and I had a fabulous stay at the Sheraton Vistana Villages Resort! Our villa was very spacious, beautifully updated, and the beds were incredibly comfortable (my husband says "best hotel bed and pillows yet"). My children enjoyed the multiple pools very much. Staff was extremely friendly. Location was perfect! August 26, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by ive experienced better elsewhere i would recommend that this resort - provide cold drinking water by the pool. - bathrobe in villas - better offers/discounts - welcome gifts such as cocktails from the in house restaurant ( great up-sell potential) - free daily coffee (eg. 4 ppl X 4 per day) - free toiletries (within reason) i felt that this resort took every possible opportunity to make a dollar buy not offering the above mentioned. Really $1 per toiletry item or coffee. as on owner i find this unacceptable!! August 20, 2014

Rated 3 out of 5 by Beautiful property, completely unorganized staff We arrived late at night (around 10PM) and I waited for almost 15 minutes for anyone to help me at check-in. Then they helped the people that had arrived after me first. TV didn't work the whole time, and they made no effort to fix it. We had asked in advance for a crib to be in the room, no crib. Then when we called for one at this late hour, they took over an hour (and 3 calls to front desk) to get it done. These were only a few of the issues we experienced with the staff. With that said, the property itself was beautiful and pools were amazing. Our room was also fantastic (with exception of no working TV's) Very roomy and recently renovated. I have had some of my best service experiences at Sheraton hotels, but I was disappointed with the staff responsiveness. August 19, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by very dissappointing Owners for over 10 yrs. Never have we seen it this bad. Employees have no resort knowledge, not even the address! pool was great and fun. miserable check in, repeated call for timeshare meeting when we clearly said "no" at check in. if you make appointment for massage, triple check it because they forgot to put ours in the book. Coffee makers are horrible (yes I used the right amount of water which correlates with the tiny starter pack you get) Drove 10 minutes every morning to get coffee because resort shop not open until 8am and no parking at the shop. Rated 3 out of 5 by The hotel is close to all attractions The front desk staff are not the best and being mostly spanish speaking staff they are not that friendly to SPG owners. They are always more courteous to new guests ( looking for new owners to buy the time share) and welcome package staff just threw the plastic bag at you and no explanations. They gave us handicapped room which we did not request. When we open taps there is horrible gas smell which we have complained to the front desk but nothing was checked. They always target for new buyers for the time shares and are nice to them. Once you buy and return as a customer they don't show much interest to your needs. They always look for people to attend their presentations and that's all their interest. Sorry! Somebody has to write the truth. August 14, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great stay @ Sheraton Vistana Villages Resort Villas This was our first time @ the Sheraton Vistana Villages Resort Villas. We were amazed of this resort. The suite was fantastic. We had our room right at the kids pool with water slide and pirate ship. Our kids 8,8 &3 had massive fun there. At the main pool they had some special event going on. All about the film Frozen. Our kids again had lot's of fun. And when the kids have fun and are happy, we are happy. Thank You Sheraton for this excellent experience. Regards Karsten August 13, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by 7th visit to this lovely resort Another fantastic visit with 10 family members.We just love this resort from the home from home comforts to the pool and gardens. Particularly enjoy the late night dip in the pool after a day at the parks and then a beer in the jacuzzi thats chilling. ideally located for all the parks, trolley bus and 1 mile from publix and shopping oulets. No spg recognition because its a vacation club but you do get a room for 4 with 10k points. The snack bar gives good value with friendly service and the are events for the kids and even a gym. a great place to stay in orlando. August 12, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Horrible stay From waiting over two hours to get into a room to opening our door to an occupied room, the stay started off horribly. The room was unclean with mildew on the shower curtain and in the jets to the 1/2 in of dust on the ceiling fan. The outside was unkept with trash and abandoned, dirty housekeeping carts in the stairwells. I DO NOT recommend this facility whatsoever! August 11, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Everything is Perfect But Market place Employee is so Bad i was stay this resort on between 08/04/2014 thru 08/08/2014 , i was so impression this hotel staff and condition of building,,it is so great and better than my expecations But need some better edcation tranning on Market place of building 25 employee has so rued to customer and even customer ready for orders but employee had talk with cell-phone and other employees , they didn't help until we ask name .....her naame is " Nancy" she need either tranning again or back to Mcdonald.... Rated 5 out of 5 by Completely Fantastic From the moment we arrived our experience was exemplary. The check in process was easy and informative and our family was immediately made to feel special. First floor updated villa with excellent location provided. Villa was extremely clean, beautifully appointed and the staff always friendly, helpful and frankly charming. We had a truly wonderful 5 days relaxing prior to a week planned at a Disney Resort and enjoyed every minute of it. Would highly recommend this property. August 6, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Very Disappointed 1) For two days a housekeeping cart with garbage and trash remained outside my unit door. Other guests started throwing their dirty towels and debris on the floor by the cart and I felt like I was staying at a slum. I showed pictures of this disgrace to the desk manager, who ordered it be cleaned but that took almost two hours. The condition should never have existed. 2) The dirty linen and towels are kept in large containers in the walkway waiting for removal so when you walk to your unit the view is very unsightly. The containers were not removed until 8:00 pm. I expect to see beauty and order when walking from the parking lot to my unit-not disheveled walkways with messy looking containers lining the walkway. 3) The sofa is very uncomfortable to sit on and even worse to sleep on. The sofa bed mattress and spring are so uncomfortable my family did not sleep well. I am very disappointed and shocked at the lack of housekeeping supervisory control exhibited by Sheraton. This is what I would expect at a cheap motel, not an organization such as the Sheraton. August 5, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Wonderful place for a family vacation Just when you think the fun was only at the Theme parks, the Hotel already lined up great activities and events through out your entire stay. Although cost was attached to some of them, you can still enjoy the place without paying a dime with other free activities lined up for you and the kids. it is also near to the food grocery store and premuim outlet were you can do all your shopping. Except for the house keeping that sometimes forget to comeback for clearing, but just place a call to the reception and it's done. the elevator in building 17 need to be looked at. most often the smell of the floor tile is not good for the body since the elevator has no air conditioner. We prefer to walk upstairs to 4th floor most cases and it is not pleasant at all. The Vistana Resort is actually a big Village as the name sounds. I will always come back. August 4, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Not as expected First, I arrived on the next day of my reservation and my room was sold to someone else without any communication with me. I was given instead 2 rooms at a lower rated building. Second, the waiting time for checking in and out was over half an hour, even being the next in line. Third, the housekeeper missed one of the two rooms assigned to us on the two days we stayed. We thought the first day was an error, but it did happened again. Forth, the Village is great same as the services you have, but didn't work this time, sorry. August 4, 2014
