based in the US should submit W9/TIN information. If you do not have access
codes, please send an e-mail to support@wpsnetwork.com . For

Effective 1/1/2012: StarCom payments from US Hotels to Travel agents
based in the US are subject to a 28% withholding tax deduction if the Agency’s
W-9/TIN information is not updated in WPS network. To ensure full payment
is received for all commission processed via StarCom, please include your
W-9/TIN details in your profile on wpsnetwork. If you did not include
your W-9/TIN details when you registered with WPS, please update your Profile
in wpsnetwork to avoid further deductions. Download the

Confirmation number provided at the time of booking
Please note that commissions must be accrued at least 30 days old before action
can be taken and commission inquiries must be submitted within 6 months of
guest departure.
To earn
commission, you must have a valid industry ID.
IATA: IATAN's accreditation recognizes the diversified and
versatile U.S. travel professional who can and will continue to meet
universally recognized requirements and who sell travel and travel related
services. Once accredited, you are assigned your own IATA numeric code and gain
access to all IATAN programs.

CLIA: Cruise Lines International Association is the world’s
largest cruise association and is dedicated to the promotion and growth of the
cruise industry. More than 16,000 travel agencies are affiliated with CLIA and
display the CLIA seal. Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., accepts
CLIA numbers and pays full commission with no fees deducted to CLIA
members.

ARC: A community of travel agencies that issue air, rail, and bus
tickets through ARC’s world class settlement system, ARC Agency Accreditation
(ticketing) allows agencies to ticket directly on over 180 carriers worldwide,
and have full access to all ARC products and services, including the ARC Travel
Agency Service Fee product. Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc.
accepts ARC Numbers and pays full commission with no fees deducted to ARC
agencies.
