General Directions to the Hotel
From Victoria's BC Ferries Terminal
- After exiting the ferry terminal, take Highway 17 south for about 23 km, then take the McKenzie Avenue Exit, turning right onto Mackenzie Avenue
- Continue straight until you reach Highway 1 north; turn right onto the highway
- Continue west on the highway for about 8 km (15-20 minutes), then take exit 14 (Millstream/Highlands exit)
- Stay in the furthest right lane (Highlands) to proceed on Millstream Road
- You’ll see Future Shop, Costco, and Home Depot on the left
- Turn left onto Bear Mountain Parkway (opposite All Fun Recreation Park) and continue to the top of the resort village area
- Follow the signs directing you to the various resort buildings
From Downtown Victoria
- Head north on Douglas Street, which turns into the Island Highway (Highway #1/ Trans-Canada Highway)
- Continue on this highway for about 8 km (15-20 minutes)
- Then take exit 14 (Millstream/Highlands exit)
Stay in the furthest right lane (Highlands) to proceed on Millstream Road - You’ll see Future Shop, Costco, and Home Depot on the left
- Turn left onto Bear Mountain Parkway (opposite All Fun Recreation Park) and continue to the top of the resort village area
- Follow the signs directing you to the various resort buildings
From North Vancouver Island
- Take the Island Highway (Highway #1/ Trans-Canada Highway) south toward Victoria
- Take exit 14 Millstream/Highlands exit)
- Stay in the furthest left lane (Highlands) to proceed on Millstream Road
