Flame serves classic and exclusive signature cuts on large wooden platters. Our restaurant utilizes Cretan-handcrafted knives instead of traditional steak knives. The koka dagger and moka knife each have a stainless steel blade and an olive wood handle, while the queen dagger’s stainless steel blade is fitted with a handle made of cattle horn with an Aries head finishing.
Many specialty herbs and vegetables are handpicked from the restaurant’s purpose-built gardens by our chefs shortly before preparation. Guests have the opportunity to visit these gardens and learn about the herbs used in the kitchen. Furthermore, visits can be arranged to our local suppliers—including cattle farms, olive groves, vineyards, and dairies—where producers will gladly display their specialties and explain their processes.
The Flame experience can also be savored at The Dunes Course Clubhouse in Messinia, near our sister resorts The Romanos, Costa Navarino and The Westin Resort, Costa Navarino.
