Near the entrance, the dark wood bar complements the resort’s signature cool ocean hues, including grey oak herringbone floors and wall paneling. Meanwhile, dramatic oak fins define the dining room as an expansive double-height ceiling reveals floor-to-ceiling windows that expose breathtaking vistas of the white sand beach, Atlantic Ocean, and resort’s picturesque Resort Pool. Crescent-shaped banquettes and tables are strategically placed to ensure each guest enjoys the iconic view. At night, sleek modern, mobile light fixtures illuminate the scene.

Sampling Jean-Georges’ greatest appetizers, side dishes, mains, and accompaniments, the seductive J&G Grill menu features the highest quality meats and freshest seafood available. Start with a whole artichoke, gently steamed and filled with crisp greens, or opt for an inventive twist on tuna tartar. Main dishes range from simply grilled meats and fish, like tender red snapper, to rare combinations, like tuna-and-wasabi pizza. Further, an indulgent range of desserts includes a decadent caramel sundae. Throughout the meal, our expert sommelier is on hand to advise guests on the perfect wine pairing.
