Maya’s décor sets a warm, welcoming mood with antique Mexican tile work, dark-stained wood floors, communal tables, hand-blown glass lanterns, and stylish banquettes upholstered in sleek leather.
The menu showcases Chef Richard Sandoval’s vibrant take on traditional Mexican recipes using high-quality ingredients. Choose from an extensive variety of guacamoles, as well as selections like tuna tartare and chicharrones with heirloom tomatoes. Signature dishes include lobster and shrimp Yucatan, traditional Mexican chicken and pork braises, and carne asada. Fresh ingredients are sourced seasonally from Maya’s on-site garden.
This renovated space features a handmade tortilla station, plus a bar and lounge offering more than 100 agave-based spirits and house-infused tequilas. Led by Beverage Director Rob Calfee, the bar serves handcrafted margaritas and cocktails and stores personal bottles.
