Encapsulating the island’s innate elegance, Turquoiz combines native materials with an unrivaled beachfront location. Rustic stone walls and Barasti-influenced wooden ceilings delineate the restaurant’s interior, which also features sea anemone-like chandeliers and organic sculptural lighting fixtures. Sheer cream patterned drapes border oversized windows and complement matching chairs, while wooden tables correspond with thatched armchairs, which are wrapped in subtly striped turquoise and green upholstery.
The venue’s engaging character continues on the connecting stone terrace, where we are pleased to permit smoking. Steps from the sand and ideal for a sunset meal or drink, this expansive, partially covered space features rattan sofas and chairs set in intimate enclaves, as well as romantic lanterns that light up as the sun goes down.
Whether dining at lunch or dinner, guests enjoy a premier selection of seafood including local produce, light meals, and snacks cooked simply with passion and expertise. Starters range from traditional dishes, like fresh Oysters and Shellfish, to a Trio of Salmon.
