Situated in the soothing, modern Iridium Spa Pavilion, surrounded by water, with a welcoming lounge area, Floating Market presents a premium, casual dining experience promoting a healthy mind, body, and spirit.

Named for the food market in Thailand where fresh produce is sold on boats, the restaurant unites harmonizing tactile surfaces—from rich, smooth marble to floors and ceilings crafted from wood beams—with black, red, green, and gold hues, and antique decorative objects. An abundance of plants and flowers and a calming Asian musical soundtrack add to the matchless space, which is illuminated by creative chandeliers fabricated from birdcages.

Upholstered chairs and large tables overlook either the resort’s emerald grounds or its glittering lagoon, while the menu by Chef Iwata Yasunori offers Thai, Malay, Vietnamese, Indonesian, and Singaporean flavours combined into a pentagon of light, healthy dishes with evocative aromas, tastes, and colours. Some of his specialties include: Hot Spicy Sour Soup and Lobster Dumplings.
