The enticing menu highlights modern, redesigned international classics and traditional Thai favorites. As much as possible, the restaurant sources local produce, including organic vegetables and regional fish. Taking it a step further, we harvest herbs directly from the resort gardens.
Begin your day with an interactive buffet breakfast, where hot dishes are customized in “living” show kitchens to meet individual guest’s desires. The healthy juice bar adds instant nourishment while tasters and samplers of daily specials ensure guests’ appetites are thoroughly satisfied. A causal lunch is served from a tempting á la carte menu featuring dishes ranging from Gilled Tuna Salad and Club Sandwiches to Green Curry Seafood Pizza and Pad Pak Ruam. For dinner, weekly themed buffets supplement the á la carte options and tempting desserts, including the Trio of Crème Brulee and Fondant. A kid’s menu is also available.
