Soft lighting and lounge music complement the intimate atmosphere, creating a casual yet sophisticated ambience, which includes an open show kitchen revealing our expert chefs at work. Chefs will also be involved in the serving of select dishes, as they are finished tableside. Guests may elect to dine in the sunken outdoor dining area surrounded by a shallow pool or in the extended beach area.
The enticing menu highlights the freshest local seafood and exceptional imported steaks from the finest suppliers. Additionally, a selection of the produce is sourced directly from regional farms and herbs are harvested from the resort gardens.
Featuring a southern Thai influence, the innovative dishes are prepared in the wood-fire oven, on an open-flame charcoal grill, or in a traditional Tandoori oven. The rare offerings include enticing starters, like Turmeric and Coriander Prawns or Char-Grilled Australian Beef Salad, and main dishes ranging from Phuket Lobster and Teriyaki Glazed Gindara to Grilled Tenderloin-150 Day Wagyu. The tempting array of desserts includes Coconut Custard and Mango Sticky Rice. With a strong focus on wine pairings, we will be pleased to match guests’ meal with our many fine wines.
