The poolside 27 Palms Grill welcomes guests who need a quick break from the action but want to keep it casual. This breezy, open-air restaurant serves peel-and-eat shrimp, flatbreads, salads, gourmet sandwiches, and more. Blended drinks of the day for adults and kids as well as signature cocktails are served from an 80-foot bar. Complimentary fresh juice is available for guests each morning.
The resort’s signature restaurant and lounge, Zest, offers both indoor and outdoor dining spaces. Zest offers a full menu of lemon-infused, lime-marinated, and orange-glazed fresh seafood, chicken and steak entrees, and palate-pleasing desserts.
After sunset, an area of Zest transforms into an ultramodern, trendy lounge. With dim lighting, an adventurous color palette, and luxurious seating areas, the lounge beckons guests to relax and enjoy an extensive selection of wines and cocktails.
