Gallery Restaurant – a classic, yet contemporary take on American fare – offers upscale dining in The Ballantyne. A distinguished art collection establishes the sophisticated ambience of regionally inspired cuisine served in a refined setting. Gallery Restaurant excites the senses with an appetizing palate of indigenous, seasonal entrée selections. Masterfully crafted, aged, prime steaks are complemented by delicate, fresh accompaniments from regional farmers.
 
The posh atmosphere of the bar is seductive in design and sophisticated in its selection of fine whiskey and spirits. White onyx and marble play off the dark mahogany walls, illuminating an alluring, modern décor that entices the curious spectator. The bar provides an effortlessly chic scene that is unique to Charlotte. Savory tapas and unconventional music blends persuade the senses.

Home to one of North Carolina’s most prestigious and celebrated collections of single malt Scotches – spanning more than 40 in total – the collection prides itself not on quantity, but superiority. The bar’s menu includes some of the most rare and finest scotches from the collections of MaCallan, Glenfiddich, Glenlivet, and Glenmorangie. In addition to the better-known distilleries, the staff has also composed an inventory of some of the exceptional products from some of the smaller, more mysterious distilleries from every region of the Scots Isle. The result has been the creation of a library of fine Scotch Whiskeys that will satisfy the palate of everyone, from the inexperienced beginner to the most seasoned of Scotch connoisseurs. The bar is open Sunday through Thursday from 11am - 1am, and Friday through Saturday from 11am - 2am.
