Offering the finest dishes from Western and Eastern cuisine, as well a lively lobby lounge, bar and entertainment centre, Le Méridien She Shan Shanghai will set a new benchmark of excellence for five-star dining and entertainment in the city.

Lake View - stunning elegant interiors combined with panoramic views of the lakes and parkland create a breathtaking space. New and traditional materials are combined with antique styles of furniture to create surprise and excitement within the space. The menu is a modern interpretation of traditional Cantonese and Shanghainese cuisine and is lovingly prepared using classical recipes interpreted with fresh flair and painstaking attention to quality. With their innovative presentation, all dishes will delight even the most discerning palate. 

Le Cafe - Combining European flair with Asian style, Le Cafe is a true cosmopolitan meeting point of cultures. Designed as an European food market, Le Cafe provides a very stylish entertainment experience and offers a variety of food styles with theatrical design playing a leading role. An outdoor terrace is available for al-fresco dining.

Flame – an outdoor feature for the summer months overlooks the lakes and landscaped parkland. Mesmerizing firelight, rhythmic chanting, and slow-beating drums welcome you to an exotic dinner setting. A crackling bonfire slowly roasts a delicious assortment of meats.

Shandy - dominated by the round bar and views of the lakes and parkland beyond, flooded in lights, the bar offers panoramic exterior views surrounded by water and overlooking the beach. The bar has a light, airy, contemporary interior, where comfort and chic reign. An expansive bar, or "altar", of vodka bottles is highlighted behind the bar.

Lobby Lounge - an imposing yet relaxed space, the lobby lounge provides a calm space during the day to view the comings and goings of the hotel. This is a place to sit and enjoy the panoramic views of the grounds while enjoying a morning coffee or afternoon tea.
