By day, Rusty's Bistro features a full breakfast buffet with daily specials such as breakfast pizzas, omelets, crepes, breakfast sandwiches, and much more. In the evening, the rich woodwork and casually elegant atmosphere add the perfect complement to the Floribbean flair present in every dish. Experience the mouthwatering "sun-drenched" cuisine, a specialty of our award-winning Executive Chef John Harris, which includes superb soups, enticing main dishes, daily prime rib buffet, and delectable desserts. More than 30 wine selections are available by the glass. Relax as you enjoy the live jazz piano Tuesday through Saturday evenings.
Bring the whole family to the Island Grille for a fun, casual meal. We have a little something for everyone, from a guilt-free burger to bronzed mahi, a fresh salad bar, soup, sandwiches, and the brownie explosion. Be sure to try the frozen yogurt at the "make your own sundae" bar.
Bask in the warm sunshine and enjoy some quick snacks and sandwiches at our Pool Side Café. Or the Mainstay Tavern in the lobby offers a relaxed, yet energized environment with great food and beverages. Gather with friends in front of one of our big screen Plasma TVs to cheer on your favorite team.
Finally, wander out to our poolside Turtle Bar, where we mix cool tropical drinks with the warm sun. We're famous for our Sand Bucket specialties that go with one of the most spectacular sunsets you will ever see.
