Concierge Desk
The Concierge team can personally attend to all your requirements before, during, and after your stay with us. We would be more than happy to procure lift tickets, book ski lessons or dinner reservations, help plan anything from an anniversary to an outdoor activity, or mail you any belongings left behind in your guest room.
My name is Stephen Baumberg I am the Chef concierge at The Westin Resort and Spa Whistler.
I started in the hotel industry in Vancouver in 1997. I have been with Westin Whistler for the past ten memorable years since 2001. I moved to Whistler from Vancouver due to my passion for outdoor sports. I started at the Westin as a bellman and moved to the concierge desk in the summer of 2005; in 2008 I became the Chef Concierge.
Most recently I have become a member of Les Clefs d’Or Canada. Les Clefs d'Or is an international organization of Hotel Concierge whose aim is to facilitate the exchange of ideas between members, and to provide mutual assistance in order to intuitively serve our valued guests.
Our goal at the concierge desk to exceed the expectations of all of our guests. Whether it be a simple reservation, directions or planning an elaborate celebration, we at the concierge are delighted to personally assist you.
