Family Plan Policy

Children under 3 years of age are accommodated free of charge. There is an extra charge of 40 GBP for children aged 3 - 12 years old.  This includes all meals* and drinks as well as playroom access**. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges. For additional information, please contact the hotel directly. Children between 13 and 16 years of age are charged at GBP 40 per child per night. This includes a roll-away bed in the room and breakfast. * Some outlets are excluded from this offer, please enquire before ordering. ** Playroom may not be open daily during your stay (there is no reduction in the cost if this facility is not available).

Wee Explorers and Buddy for the Day

The on-site Wee Explorers playroom features an abundance of toys and games to stimulate and feed imaginations. Dressing up, arts and crafts, games, story time—no matter what your little one’s favourite activity is, the Wee Explorers Club ensures they are never bored.

Active families will appreciate the outdoor activity centre, offering mountain-bike rides on rugged trails, horse-riding on the beach, and the thrill of quad-biking. Young children can explore 800 acres of land including The Turnberry Farm, home to sheep, miniature donkeys, Shetland ponies, and other animals.

Over four or six hours, our Buddy for the Day program will take your children horse-riding or mini quad-biking. We’ll give them the thrill of meeting our beautiful owls, and we can even offer your children target-shooting practice.

• Fees: Parents can leave their children under the supervision of a qualified team for £5 per hour.
