The Luxury Collection Concierge

Our Luxury Collection Concierges—Pep Toni, Damian Francisco, and Mariano Inglesias—are bilingual, certified destination experts, proudly wearing the “Les Clefs d’Or,” the gilt insignia of the celebrated international concierge society, and eager to reveal the island’s secret treasures.

Our concierge desk is open daily from 7am to 11pm to assist guests with all their needs, including but not limited to:

  • Restaurant Reservations
  • Car Rentals
  • Airport Transportation
  • Airline Tickets
  • Floral Arrangements
  • Tour Reservations

Along with providing on-site services, our concierges particularly recommend the following sites:

  • Palma de Mallorca Cathedral:
Dating back to around 1036, the beauty of this cathedral, known as the “Cathedral by the Sea,” is stunning. In addition to featuring over 87 stained-glass and seven rose windows, it also houses a museum with three galleries.
  • Valldemossa Royal Charterhouse:
The monastery located in the colorful mountain town of Validemossa has origins as an early 14th century palace. It has since housed prominent figures such as Gaspar M. Jovellanos during his exile, Frederic Chopin and George Sand, Joseph Bonaventure Laurens, and others. Be sure not to miss Valldemossa’s culinary specialties like potato cocas and horchata.
  • Es Baluard, Palma’s Contemporary and Modern Art Museum:
Located in a new building enclosed by the seafront promenade’s Renaissance walls, the museum offers a wide array of art and corresponding activities.
  • Castell Bellver:
This circular 16th century Gothic castle is the only one if its kind. Located on the hill overlooking Palma, the fortress has sweeping views of the iconic bay. The ground floor also houses the city’s History Museum, which features exhibits from archaeological excavations and the Cardinal Despuig Collection.
  • Old Courtyards in Palma’s Historic Center:
In Gothic, Baroque, or Renaissance style, the courtyards in Palma’s historic center are some of the city’s most characteristic elements. Guided tours of the courtyards and Palma’s historic streets are available.
