The Luxury Collection Concierge

Each Luxury Collection Concierge is a bilingual, certified destination expert eager to reveal the secret treasures surrounding the hotel. Among our concierge Marcela Bravo's top recommendations are:

Hot Springs: East of Pucon, the majestic Huife Hot Springs are home to three swimming pools filled with thermal waters ranging from 38 to 50 degrees Celsius and abundant in therapeutic minerals. Additionally, the Geometrial Hot Springs feature an impressive 17 swimming pools at a variety of temperatures, with breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.

Volcanic Caves: Also near Pucon, the Villarrica lava caves are an unforgettable natural wonder created approximately two million years ago. Explore the site with a one-hour underground tour led by an experienced guide and followed by an above-ground viewing of the scenery, starting at the Rucapillan Ski Center in Villarrica National Park.

Caburga Lake: Surrounded by Villarrica Volcano’s dramatic peaks and lush landscape, this warm lake with two scenic beaches is the ideal place for a quiet escape. Also nearby are the Ojos del Caburga: two waterfalls that appear as eyes from above, one blue, one green.

Huerquehue National Park: Created in 1967, this enchanting natural park stretches over 12,300 hectares. Also known as the “place of messengers,” it is home to abundant flora and fauna, including pumas, foxes, pudues, chucao and güiña, and comprises Verde Lake and Tinquilco Lake, as well as the picturesque El Toro Lagoon.

Trancura River: Among the most renowned rafting rivers in Southern Chile, this spectacular waterway begins in the mountains and empties into Villarrica Lake. Depending on the season, its rapids are classified anywhere between one and five in navigating difficulty.

Mapuche Experience: Highlighting the rich culture of the Mapuches, this 45 kilometer tour travels to the Afunalhue Farm, an education farm with functioning horticulture, apiculture, cattle farming, fruit growing, and cheese making enterprises.

Additionally, the concierge team will be happy to provide dinner recommendations and reservations, floral arrangements, and professional babysitting and childcare services upon request. Please make childcare requests a minimum of 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.
