Their talents and expertise blend fresh local ingredients with upscale imported goods for such fabulous creations as beef tournedos with coriander sauce, lobster medallions fumé blanc, and mushroom consommé—to name just a few.
Our popular "Westin Trio" menu starts with a salad of mixed greens and endive, peppers, avocado, and cherry tomatoes in a balsamic vinaigrette, followed by superb filet mignon, a half lobster tail, and salmon filet. Finish it with a dessert favorite: mango sherbet infused with Grand Marnier and topped with a chocolate-raspberry sauce. Our culinary team will happily develop a custom menu just for you, including buffets for up to 40 guests and plated meals designed from many enticing á la carte options.
