Located on the south corner of the resort's hotel with access from both the arrival hall and guest rooms, the Astor Ballroom is the ideal venue for corporate meetings, incentive programs, and special events, as well as celebratory luncheons and dinners for any occasion. With a pillarless space of 299 square meters the Astor Ballroom easily accommodates 140 in a classroom setting, 200 for a theater setting; 250 for a stand-up reception, and 100 for a sit-down dinner with space for dancing.
John Jacob Meeting Room
This meeting room offers a serene, business-friendly setting and the latest technologies, including presentation and audio-visual equipment. With 75 square meters of high-ceiling space, it can accommodate 40 in a classroom, up to 60 for a reception, and 30 for a banquet. Separated from the Caroline meeting room by an airwall, the John Jacob can accommodate double the capacity mentioned above. It also offers an ideal setting when combined with the Caroline as a venue for breakout sessions.
Caroline Meeting Room
The Caroline Meeting Room offers all the amenities of the John Jacob, including the latest technologies, presentation and audio-visual equipment. With 75 square meters of high-ceilinged space, the Caroline can accommodate 40 in a classroom, up to 60 for a reception, and 30 for a banquet. Ideal for medium sized meetings when booked alone and ideal for bigger meetings if combined with John Jacob.
Situated in our Business Center and furnished with a hollow square table and seating for 10, this 30 square-meter room is perfectly suited for small, private meetings. Secretarial services are available for corporate meetings or trainings, if needed.
Astor Pre-Function Room
Located outside the Astor Ballroom, this inviting space is ideal for coffee breaks or buffets or for more elaborate receptions, lunches, or dinners. It may also be converted to a breakout room for meetings. With 70 square meters, just a little smaller than the John Jacob or Caroline meeting rooms, the Pre-Function room can comfortably accommodate a reception for 60 people.
