Gather friends, family, or colleagues for a memorable occasion at our beachside resort. From formal to casual, we have a variety of inviting, customizable meeting and event venues that together comprise 24,000 square feet of meeting space and 13 acres of exclusive private beach.
Our 8,500-square-foot pillarless Grand Ballroom—in a natural palette, with rich crimson, gold, and green accents—presents a majestic ambience. Illuminated by chandeliers, with recessed ceilings, crown molding, and wood-paneled walls, the modern room holds up to 600 guests for a banquet or reception. For equally impressive, but slightly smaller receptions, the 5,200-square-foot Island Ballroom can accommodate up to 250 guests. Both venues also offer an adjacent pre-function space that welcomes up to 100 guests and is ideal for registration desks or exhibitions.
For constructive meetings, our conference rooms unite natural light with inspiring pool views. Situated on floors three through eight, they can be arranged from classroom to reception and conference styles.
Or take advantage of the resort’s unrivaled location by hosting an outdoor affair. Our 13 acres of private beach can be adapted to fit any size or style of event, while the poolside grass area, overlooking the beach and tropical landscape, can host up to 300 guests.
